I have just purchased a B-Hyve 12 station controller from City Irrigation to replace my old Toro controller. The installation and setting up could not have been easier.
The app works very well, I was able to do all the programming from the app and then test each zone separately. Very pleased.
I have been in touch with City Irrigation with regard to laying some soaker hose that I was given. I've rung several times with queries and each time the staff have been incredibly helpful as to what parts I need. Parts ordered and delivered promptly. A happy customer!
Have used them for years and they have been very good and prices good, however their delivery has got very poor with no communication, purchased delivery of 1-7 days still not arrived after 15 days, quick enough to take payment though, maybe they think I am their bank?
Great advice and products. Recommended kit installed more than 10 years ago and used daily is still going strong. Two additional solenoid switches purchased as spares were a good price and delivered within 48 hours . I have no qualms about making a recommendation on advice, service and product lines..
