very disappointed
was advised by an email that your company sent me that delivery of a parcel would be on the Friday between 7.30am-5.30pm, so I took the day off of work (never again!) to my surprise nothing arrived. On the Saturday I rang your care line to be advised that delivery was on its way!
yipee! nothing arrived. On Monday I rang again and was told, our mistake, it will be with you today. (luckily my day off!) so waited in, guess what, nothing arrived. I rang Tuesday to be told that It was supposed to of come the day before but the driver had trouble with his round, but it was on its way.!!!!!!! Rang again in the late afternoon,and got ''Sorry it is not on the van'' ''we forgot to put it on''. ''we will ask one of our drivers who lives in your area to drop it off on his way home from work''!
Nice one CityLink! so some poor employee who has been driving round all day delivering to other people, now has to deliver to me in his own time. or maybe not!!!!
