Disappointing
Disappointing! Last November (2022) I spent £350 on a second hand desk for my home office. It was described as being in very good condition, but when it arrived, the metal drawers/pedestals were all bent and misshapen that it's difficult to open or close them. I complained, and although I did get a couple of replies from them, I sent them pictures and videos to show the problem and they never got back to me despite chasing. It was too convenient for them to just ignore it, frankly.

Exceptional on every front
Just purchased a desk through Chester but which was located in Harlow. All contact was faultless and the guys we met at Harlow were fantastic - thanks Ricky & the Harlow team!! Brilliant service, great prices and really good quality. Without question we will be recommending them to everyone we know and will it will definitely be our go to place if we need to purchase anything else.
