DO NOT attend this clinic. They are mis-selling their services through Groupon & then using untrained, unqualified & unsupervised so called 'therapists' with little to no experience for laser hair-removal. My skin broke out & they refused to return any of my money, despite pre-paying for 3 sessions via Groupon & a complaint being put in immediately following my first visit to their London clinic in Harrow Road. Their service is the most unprofessional Ive ever witnessed & they are absolutely clueless about UK Law & UK consumer rights. DO NOT attend this clinic for Anything. My skin broke out in bumps & they still refused a refund. I am taking legal action to recover my money - in full! They are also going to be reported to Trading Standards.

I'm writing in regards to an experience I had with a CitySkinDoctor I had a voucher offer for a Hydrafacial from Wowcher.
During my facial appointment I had very bad experience with the lady that served me, she wasn't professional. After my appointment I had a burnt mark and scar on my cheeks. I have photo for proof showing the mark. I told the lady after my treatment about the mark and she said its fine and it will go within a few hours. It's been few days where I still have the mark on my face. The next day I went back to the salon and spoke to the lady that served me and I spoke to her manager Nikki, very bad communication with me. And declined that the mark wasn't from my facial treatment. I've also have full records of my conversation with the manager. Overall I wasn't satisfied with my experience at this salon place. Wasn't treated well and didn't offer me a refund. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this salon, very bad service not professional at all.

I have visited the clinic over the past year and had many treatments from Botox to facials, I would highly recommend. Always made to feel welcome and accommodated to my every need. Staff go above and beyond. Very happy with my treatments.

Had lip filler via a groupon deal. Both me and my friend went together. Both have had severe problems since having the filler. 3 months on I am still getting painful lumps appearing and swelling and as for my friend her filler has spread to her cheek. Would not recommend. Half of the reviews on this clinic seem to be fake. They may be good at other procedures but definitely not lip filler.
