Andrew is a domain spammer / scammer

Andrew is a domain spammer / scammer. He emails from transparencytrack.org which has numerous negative ratings on TP.

Hi there,

Andrew here from CivicFuse. I’m interested in acquiring domainname .com, but I’m not sure if you’re the right contact.

Do you own this domain, and is it available? I'd appreciate any answer, even a "no" so I can pursue other names.

Thank you,
Andrew Lee

Then

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. We’re a small nonprofit with a fairly limited budget for an upcoming project where we would like to use domainname.com, so we’d only be able to move forward if the price is affordable for us.

With that in mind, could you let me know the lowest price you’d be willing to accept for this domain?

Many thanks,
Andrew Lee
