Cool platform

Slow platform.
But nice commissions. Sometimes I wish they would give me better commissions, but its part of the game.
They are a great platform.

This is very similar to SCAM!!!

Never wrote any reviews in my life. But it was this company that made me write a review and unfortunately negative. Believe me, I read every review below and they look like true.
They closed my account without explanation and without payout either.
People try: open an account, spend their money on promotion. Then their account is blocked and does not respond to any letters. And this is in the 21st century((
This is primarily not respect for their partners, but without respect they have no future.
The purpose of writing this review: I want people to not lose their time, money and nerves for this company. If I had previously read all the negativity in relation to this organization, I would have believed all of this and would not have collaborated with them. Work with those who pay you for your work.

P.S. And please, if any of you still failed with them, I ask you to spend a little time writing your review.

It was difficult to figure out…

It was difficult to figure out their program then once I finally did they banned my account without any reason, warning or explanation why. I own an entertainment company named MC Entertainment & Services. We book out only legal services and the entertainment is children, family and adult friendly depending on what the customer wants or needs. These guys are not professional at all and have no consideration for others time and business efforts. Do not use CJ Affiliates!!!

they stole my money!

I promoted Contabo hosting on my blog for 3 months. And they just closed my account and stole my affiliate commissions. About $550.

It was not CPA, CLC, free trial deals. there were real hosting sales from real customers.

do NOT work with them.

CJ stole $$$$$ and is now threatening to sue me if I talk about it

My name is Tyler Odin and I am the CEO of Affiliate.Watch. CJ has deactivated me for no reason, stolen my future residuals, not paid me out, and is threatening to sue me if I speak out what happened. I have used CJ.com for over 1 year and my earnings were constantly increasing month after month. I was a level 4/5 earner. My website has an entire section dedicated to CJ and I have done dozens of YouTube video reviews. I told 100's of affiliates to sign up for CJ and now I sincerely regret telling affiliates. The company went silent for over 1 week and it took 20+ emails and multiple tweets to get 1 reply from 2 lawyers. CJ's legal team is threatening legal action against me if I speak out about what happened. This was after there Twitter account lied about getting back to me then blocking me.

I have not been paid out. The worst thing about all of this is that I was a huge affiliate for a VPN company which pays residual income. So CJ will be cashing in all my checks for the next 5-15 years on my residuals, which is most likely why they cut me out of the network for no reason. Unless you have serious Klout, CJ will steal all your hard earned money, keep your links working for themselves to profit, and walk away smiling. They are an evil company ran by people with zero morals. I am going to report their theft to the FTC, BBB, and law enforcement. I will not go down without a fight and they will regret stealing from me and other affiliates as their reputation sinks in the toilet.

"You are directed to immediately refrain from contacting and otherwise harassing CJ, its employees, and
its clients, including by phone and e-mail. You are also directed to refrain from filing a court claim or
pursuing any other legal action, as CJ has acted within its rights under the PSA. In addition, you are
directed to refrain from posting any false, disparaging and/or defamatory allegations regarding CJ, and
you should remove any such posts immediately. If you do not comply with the foregoing, then CJ
reserves all of its rights to immediately pursue legal action against you for any available claims."

UPDATE AUGUST 2019:

1. CJ got me suspended from Twitter for reporting what happened.

2. CJ got my review disabled on Trust Pilot because I mentioned the attorneys name threatening legal action against me if I speak out. So I have edited my review so no name is shown.

3. CJ finally agreed to pay me out after I made a huge amount of noise online but they did not send the full amount that was pending when I was an affiliate. I am still waiting for the FULL amount and compensation for the residuals.

CJ IS A SCAM COMPANY.

I feel like a hostage trying to escape

Using the network for years was overall a good experience. The trouble has been with leaving. You have to open a ticket to request account closure. Not ideal, but acceptable. I asked them to delete my bank account number and tax ID (SSN) before closing. They no longer need this sensitive information and I don't want them to keep storing it.

Instead of wiping my sensitive information for me, they said this.

"If you would like to remove any sensitive data before the account is deactivated, please navigate to Account > Administrative Settings to adjust any details listed in Account, Payment Information, and Tax Information fields.

Note: Most fields do require numeric or alpha numeric characters to save changes."

I do not see an option to remove, only to replace. They're telling me the fields accept alpha-numeric characters. Are they suggesting that I enter false information? That's the message I'm getting. I shouldn't have to do something so awkward. And then there's the fact that it would cause me to perjure myself! The form on their site says:

"Under penalties of perjury, I certify that:

1. The number shown on this form is my correct taxpayer identification number, and..."

I asked them again to simply delete my bank account and tax details. Still, I haven't received a response in their ticket system for nine days! I would have given them a good score if they had not made leaving feel like a hostage situation. They show utter disrespect for a member's security and time.

UPDATE: Instead of finally helping me, they have confirmed that they are indeed recommending that I commit perjury before they close my account. Insane.

"Unfortunately Client Support is not authorized to update or remove your information on your behalf. You always have the option to provide dummy info, like 0000 or 1234. Doing so will have no impact on any other accounts as the account will be deactivated anyway."

Pays on time every month

A little over 18 months with CJ and get payments on time every month. Never a problem but I am on their content certified program which I think is a little different. It is open to sites with over 10k page views per month.

The most unhelpful affiliate network

These guys are supposedly the biggest affiliate network in the US and I just do not understand why!

I have worked in the affiliate industry for over 10 years and have extremely positive relationships with all other networks.

CJ are always the odd one out. They seem to almost want to make things difficult. There are publishers with platinum status on other networks that CJ practically ignore.

The feedback from publishers is they don't like working with CJ. I wonder if CJ know or even care.

They are surely a scam

They are surely a scam. I had been promoting numerous advertisers via them. We put time and effort in ranking keywords due to the fact we are authentic, 2-year old blog and we are still in business despite the commission junction scammed us. So, here is the story we applied got accepted majority of retailers accepted our application due to our quality of content and traffic. As, 99 percent of traffic comes from Google Search engine. However, we started to make commission they never bothered us or said anything about quality of traffic 3 months passed and when, the advertisers verified our leads and conversions the money was about to be get paid. On payday they emailed us that we do not accept you anymore. our team got in touch them but they never replied the reason. so, for us they are surely a scammer. We are working with 4-5 affiliate networks now, they never complained or refused to pay us because they are not scam. So, avoid them as, those advertisers are on other networks as well. P.S all the advertisers we promote are reputable brands not some shady offers.

I believe this is a scam and would…

I believe this is a scam and would advise avoiding. For the past few months I have been registering all my name cheap domain names through my own affiliate link on my website and not ONE of them has gone through as commission which pretty much reflects that Commission Junction is either a scam or the coding is no good. I will as a result not be using CJ.com an more. Sincerely Affiliate 5149508

I afraid they don't pay my earnings…

I afraid they don't pay my earnings like many other people also reviewed this company with the same as mine. But my case is due to they don't accept bank transfer to Indonesian for earnings withdrawal. I use Payoneer instead and Payoneer canceled my payout from Commision Junction. I don't know why they don't accept Paypal for publishers to receiver payments whereas Payoneer is the worst online payment service I ever knew.

Possibly a scam

I have been very doubtful about other reviews on the internet saying that CJ was a good affiliate program. Numerous times, My request for joining an affiliate program has been rejected without reasons at CJ.

Here is my story, I have a blog about ancestry DNA. I have promoted ancestry DNA testing through CJ and Family Tree DNA (not CJ). Family tree DNA brought me $100 after 6 months. On the other hand, my CJ account has been deactivated since I didn't earn enough money through ancestry DNA even if I sent dozens of people every day. It is the second time, I try CJ and it is the second time this happens. Quite interestingly, even if I bring traffic to a CJ affiliate, I get no money. All my other independent affiliate programs bring me a bit of money. Now, I have to remove the ancestry DNA links because people keep on going visiting them. But if someone subscribes to Ancestry DNA, I will not get any commission since my CJ account is deactivated. However, CJ will get a commission. Do you get it? It smells like a scam to me.

My advice: Avoid CJ at any price. It is not transparent, It not clear.
