Definitely one of the best affiliate networks in the world. I have been working with CJ since 2016. I have never had any problems.

I have been working with CJ for 5 years and I am satisfied. I appreciate the support from affiliate managers. The great thing is that there is a huge range of programs to promote. When I compare the interface of the system, it is slower compared to the competition. But overall I am satisfied.

The CJ affiliate network is easy for publishers to use - links can easily be generated directly through the browser. CJ offers a large number of affiliate partners from all over the world. For the Central European region, it has excellent affiliate managers who will help publishers. Commission payment works automatically to your account.
The negative is the amount of forms you have to fill out to use this network. If you want to change the account number, it is a job of several months. Everything is handled through the headquarters (USA, UK) and these changes take a really long time.

I really appreciate CJ.com's support, especially their CEE part VIVnetworks. I am promoting several advertisers in CEE using CJ.com and all the time I have gotten prompt support from VIVnetworks / CJ and thanks to this also I am able to follow mainly advertisers' rules about what I can do and what is forbidden. I got all my publisher payment in time. I can highly recommend them. Also what is their advantage is the list of TOP advertisers in my region.

We are super happy with CEE support from CJ / VIVnetworks. We developed several projects for CJ clients and when we communicated our thoughts with them, we met their criteria and also our profit. What I really appreciate is that they are communicating in our local languages (Czech, Polish, Hungarian and Romanian). This is a huge benefit for us. Also their local knowledge is excellent.

I was so excited then after hard work i earnd around 100+ USD, my payment details and everything i completed perfectly earlier, its been 3 month and they didn't send me a cent, i felt soo frustrated, i skipped my other important priorities and focused on this, to be honest, i found 70% bad response from other users and from my personal experience, i tried to contact their support but either they are poor, scammers or dont care type gay community who never replied and life is short I can't wait for three month, very saad i thought affiliate marketing business industry is good but thanks to this stupid beggars who demotivated entrepreneurs like me, better focus other works then working or depend on such fraud companies.

Don't believe the hate! Those who are accusing this platform of being a scam, are either scammers themselves or have no idea what they're doing! They haven't been paid because they've violated terms and conditions that are explicitly set by the network and advertisers that do business there. Don't follow these rules and you won't get paid. Ignore all of the bad reviews.

Well that's an amazing Affiliate Network (For those who don't know) You can connect with brands and promote them to earn commissions. And I liked that platform cuz I earned my first Online Income from this particular platform.

CJ has become a terrible company to deal with. Unprofessional, lacking proper support, and payout issues.

We've been working as Publisher with CJ since 2007. Generated over $5mil in commissions over the years without any problem what so ever.

Re-started a different campaign last year and BAM now there are payout issues. The processed our payout yet, it never reached our bank account. We followed all their instructions, they acknowledged there are internal processing issues yet there is no resolution to fix it.

The payout was in October 2022. It is now almost June 2023.

I've communicated with their support, takes them ages to respond and every time with the same bs excuse that their internal team is checking on this.

Last time they told me this was in February 2023. Over 3 months ago.

I would strongly recommend staying away from dealing with them.

Scam, blocking accounts before payout, steeling money. German Nazi scammers.

Since next month the cj not paid and after contact the support team serveral time (poor support), got blocked my account and hild my balance ?!!!!
I advice to move to another company

It appears that CJ is able to attract advertisers as big as GoDaddy and Dell by entering into a secret arrangement with the affiliate managers. So affiliate team of GoDaddy I guess should be pampered with hidden commission so that they do not mind if CJ do not transfer the pending commission that GoDaddy issued to CJ to be finally paid to small publishers like us. In my case, I sent an email to GoDaddy affiliate team but they did not respond. In other words, CJ is cheating with advertisers as well.

They stopped the payment by issued an invoice, contact is difficult if not possible at all. Bureaucracy, mess and ignoring the client.

This whole sad story started with Advertising Purple contacting us with the promise of growing our online business through affiliate marketing with Commission Junction.

Advertising Purple claims to be the company with the largest number of affiliates in the U.S... something no one can verify and after this unfortunate experience is most likely false.

The cost of working with Advertising Purple + Commission Junction is very high between fixed and recurring fees. You have to pay between $5000 and $10,000 just to cover the future commissions of your future affiliates.

Here's how it really works:

Advertising Purple assigns you an account manager who only publishes your site on bogus coupon code and discount sites. The result is that even your customers who don't normally use coupon codes end up on these sites and ultimately make you lose money because without these sites, they would have bought at the price without a discount. In addition to not making you any money, you have to pay them a commission of course. All they do is bid on your brand name!

These coupon sites do not acquire new customers for you (or very few) but allow people who already know your brand to get discounts...so really NO interests at all.

Advertising Purple and Commission Junction promise you to be affiliated with quality sites (audience, traffic etc.) but in reality they are not. Their network literally stops at very poor quality sites with no interests. As for the account manager, let's call it "trainee" with 6 months experience, the word is more appropriate.

We have decided to close our account with both Advertising Purple and Commission Junction. We have been waiting for the return of our deposit at Commission Junction for almost a year now, which is about $6500! Commission Junction is literally stealing from its clients by confiscating the deposit that was given to them at the beginning of the contract. What a shame!

We have contacted our law firm to try to get this money back and our case is ongoing...

If you want to develop your business via affiliation, make your own affiliation program and develop it yourself by contacting directly the sites that are in your niche. Entrusting this task to Commission Junction and Advertising Purple is simply a huge waste of time and money.

problem with you again its really bad experience, I received email on 24 jan asking for my traffic sources and mentioned if I failed to respond within 48 hours will deactivated the account, i have responded 25 Jan and get deactivated also what wrong here??
