Fantastic Service
Such a helpful man. I rang for some advice about a property I was considering purchasing before I made an offer on the property I am proceeding with as I had some concerns. I was met with genuine care and knew immediately I would use this company once I had found the correct house to purchase.
It was a really straightforward process to book and pay for the survey and I had the comprehensive report within the expected timeframe of a week.
I had a couple of questions on the survey so called discuss these. Everything was clearly explained to me in layman’s terms and I was made welcome to call back if I had any further questions.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. As a woman buying a home for the first time alone it’s very daunting but I have felt very reassured by using this company and the advice and guidance I’ve received. Thank you!

Highly recommend
I’ve had a great experience using this company regarding the sale of our property. From first contact where I asked for clarification on the service I needed, a member of the team called me and talked me through the options. Once booked the property survey and valuation was done quickly and efficiently with paperwork arriving ahead of the timeframe advised. I then needed to extend the valuation and Michael called and talked me through the options. Our house sale has been delayed meaning I needed another valuation completing and once I put through the enquiry Michael called me again to check everything was okay, a really lovely touch to the service provided.

Never used this company before but got hold of my email from somewhere and sent unsolicited emails to my private email address. Shady company and has been reported to the ombudsman and the police. AVOID!

They've carried out two surveys for us. The report was clear and gave us confidence on our purchase.
Both times, they handled the arrangements for the visits with the estate agents and sellers, and kept us informed of what was happening and when. Their reports also included advice for things to ask our solicitors, which helped us better understand the conveyancing process

Excellent at every stage of the process
The service was prompt very efficient and the report was comprehensive. The surveyor made contact before the visit to the property to allow me to raise any matters for special attention and fed back immediately after completing the survey. The report arrived three days earlier than scheduled. I would not hesitate to recommend this company
