The solicitors of CJCH were all very helpful and informative until I had the misfortune of being assigned to Carey Bridge. She was rude, patronising and extremely unhelpful to the point of not contacting CPS as requested multiple times even though I was assured this was something that could be done. She does not even respond to emails requests “because she didn’t like the way I spoke to her”. News flash people aren’t going to be your best mate when you’re being paid to do a job you don’t/won’t do because of your personal feelings. This solicitor claims to be the best if you are struggling with mental health but from what I have seen they only make your mental health worse by not doing what they are paid to do. Maybe not an awful company but Carey Bridge is not a good representative and I actually had to sack her and represent myself due to lack of communication and professionalism. Steer clear!

I have used Rebecca May on a few occasions, for selling/purchasing properties. Two of which have been quite challenging but Rebecca has consistently made the whole process seamless. Her professionalism and efficiency is outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
