Have used Natalie for over 10 years now, on all of my property transactions. Historically has been residential purchase/sale. This one was a development and honestly couldn't have been more knowledgable and proactive. Was a really difficult case and through no fault of CJCH dragged on for what seemed an eternity, but everything we needed was actioned efficiently and accurately. Shambolic depressing service. Found out today, of the fact that my legal representative (Solicitor) has left the company. If I had not attended their premises, to Dispense of their services. I would still be unaware, that I do not have legal representation. Avoid!
