CK Carpets are absolutely excellent.
We walked into the shop/showroom on the off chance, Richard, who is the owner together with his wife, took time to explain the different types, grades and qualities of carpets and provided us with great practical advice. Richard is very knowledgeable of his industry and professional. There was no 'hard sell' and you felt comfortable looking around.
The fitting of the carpet equalled the service we received in the shop. The Carpet Fitter was polite and considerate of our property and laid the carpet beautifully. An absolute credit to his trade.
Do not waste your time looking anywhere else!

Really pleased we chose this company. We were able to pop into the store twice and met Clare and Richard. Richard spent time talking us through the options and the process was very straightforward. We got the job booked in, Tony came to do our floors and David did the carpet afterwards. Can't fault any of it, we're very pleased with the result. Definitely recommend for others in the Sanderstead/South Croydon area.

A great experience from the moment we set foot into the shop until the carpet was all laid for us. We had time in the shop to explore options, were given samples to consider at home which really helped us. The communication around timing was realistic and reliable. The finished job is stunning. We are happy and can't stop commenting on our lovely carpet :)

I’ve always gone to the large, well-known carpet chains in the past, but after dealing with CK Carpets, I will only ever be using them going forward! The attention to detail, the personal touch, and the way they truly value their customers makes all the difference. They even organised to get the carpet to be delivered and fitted earlier as my building work had been completed.

A great selection of carpets presented by a very patient and knowledgeable team who measured our stairs and landing then fitted the carpet perfectly. An excellent team who were friendly and punctual- we are delighted with our new carpet!

CK Carpets supplied us recently both with a carpet and with an Amtico floor for our kitchen. Throughout, they were helpful and communicative; those who fitted the carpet and floor were friendly and professional and they went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. We took our time choosing and never felt rushed in the least. We paid lots of visits to the shop and were always warmly received! We recommend them highly; it is good to support a local business and we won't look elsewhere in future.

We went to CK Carpets' shop to look at carpets for our stairs. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were not sure what we wanted and Richard gave us a range of options as well as letting us borrow a number of carpet samples in different colours and textures to take home. Richard came to measure the stairs and was very diligent and explained how the runners would work on the stairs etc. We subsequently had a team come to measure the template for the carpets and then fit the carpets a few weeks later. We are really happy with the new carpet, it looks brilliant. The team were all professional and came at the agreed date and time. I would recommend CK Carpets and will use them for other rooms in our house.

Freindly and efficient service from start to finish
Clare provided advice concerning the best type and style of carpet to suit my needs and Richard provided advice on how best to prepare the room when he came to measure up.
CK Carpets were also very flexible when I had to push back the date the carpet was laid due to unforseen circumstances.
CK Carpets were recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely use their srevices again and recommend them to others
