placed an order and selected the 7 to 10 day delivery to save a few £ but had it within 3 days as they said they could send sooner with no extra charge great service good product and nicely priced

Good product. Missing items in delivery. Due Monday. Still don't have 4 days later. Promised a call back 3 times. Still no idea what is happening. Courier drove off before I even had a chance to speak to him. Just call me and talk to me. It's a shame. I won't bother again.

I have worked in building trade for 30 years and am shocked by Cladding Monkey's attitude.
I ordered nearly £500.00 worth of goods off them but did not open it because it was on a building site and things get lost or damaged. When I did open it I found they had sent 4 backing pieces for division bars and no front pieces instead of 2 of each. When I asked them to right this they said I was too late. Apart from contravening sale of goods act (fit for purpose when I have 6 months to demand they put it right) it is just unbelievable they accept fault and then try to wriggle out on a loophole.
Will be shopping at another company for the bathroom and reccommending to all my customers and fellow tradesmen to use someone else.
There are plenty of options and if you remove the delivery charge many are cheaper.

Excellent service and products. Ordered late on Wednesday night with standard delivery, goods arrived Friday morning. Part was missing, the fault of the delivery service, not cladding monkey. I emailed on Friday afternoon and received a quick reply and apology promising to send them out ASAP. However the originals arrived on Saturday morning with an apology from the delivery guy. Can highly recommend this company.

I've tried to order twice. First time a discount code on their own site didn't work. Second time they won't honour £25 shipping charge on their own deliveries page, the only option is £50. I ordered using the collection option and asked them to call me to take £25 as this option wasn't on their website. After calling them Monday - Friday over a 4 day period around 10 times, and emailing them repeatedly they finally refunded my order on Friday simply telling me to choose the £50 shipping option. Wouldn't order from here again, they sell the exact same things as other online businesses who know how to treat customers. I've read that if something goes wrong they expect you to pay for the return of the goods. On this basis I couldn't trust them to deal with any problems well. Used Saniclad who were charming.

I have used this company twice on both occasions they have let me down. The order has either been extremely late or been lost. The customer service is poor you can expect to be passed from one department to the next with people ensuring they will call you back and never doing so. I’d look to purchase elsewhere I certainly won’t be giving them the benefit of the doubt again.

Ordered plastic hygiene sheet for a project. I was contacted to ask if what I ordered was correct. Offered advice on a different finish and Cladding Monkey was correct..Their suggestion looks great. I also called them regarding a different question and again the two team members I spoke to where polite, efficient and professional. Delivery was on the day stated . Great all round experience.
