I used their cladding for a kitchen splash back and after a few weeks i noticed it had developed a bulge.
I contacted them on there customer contact page but i have not received not any responded.

Great company help me out a lot and the delivery time was spot on.

I ordered cladding from Cladding Monkey received order next day
l made a mistake with my order & received the order twice. Spoke to Kellie who has been amazing sorting out my mistake. She arranged for the the extra cladding to be uplifted can't believe it was the next day. Will be getting my refund next day or two. Great customer service. Wish all company's were so efficient. Hi, we've just adapted our shower room to take account of increasing mobility issues. We wanted a product for the walls which would be easy to maintain in coming years. This may not be an on trend product but I prefer the clean look that opens up the space. One neighbour has asked how our builders made the room bigger. They didn't it is the illusion of a simple clean look with a border of interesting glass mosaic tiles to give a point of interest. Our builders commented on the quality of the self coloured edging and joining strips. This is a practical product with lots of colour choices and certainly helps the budget on your project and I would highly recommend it.

Due to transport issues my delivery was going to be suspended in limbo, however Christine at Cladding Monkeys went the extra mile for me so the order arrived in time for the time slot at the school.

Ordered for a second time and after receiving great advice for product all was dealt with swiftly so I returned for a second order. Weren't paticularly large orders but regardless was dealt with so well and I wouldn't hesitate to either use again or recommend.
Shipping options fit the bill perfectly as well so you're always well covered!! (Pardon the pun).

We ordered some panels for a fitout at our new store. The panels came within 2 days and were damaged. The box had sustained damage so were clearly damaged in transit.
I sent a photo of the damaged panels and box via email, expecting delays and a bit of an argument, however the response was simply that new panels would be sent out, and sure enough, the next day the new panels arrived. Great customer service. No arguments, no aggro, fast service.

Second time I have ordered from Cladding Centre/Cladding Monkey, on both occasions they've been very informative, responsive and have gone above and beyond to get my cladding order to me in due time. Delivery driver even rang me in advance to alert me he would be due in 20 minutes which is always useful just in case I've popped out off site, so I know to get back or have someone be present to accept the delivery. Getting hold of customer service to request collection of a couple sheets of cladding and in a separate instance adding another contact number to my order, both calls were quick and effortless which I do always appreciate.

We ordered some cladding and trims as a matter of urgency and of course in the mad rush we made an error with the colour of the trims. Thank you Kellie for spotting this unusual request and for calling us to confirm the colours needed. We were able to smoothly rectify the order before same day dispatch. Delivery turn around 1-2 working days, big thumbs up.

Ordered some cladding to cover bait cabins for the staff in a lorry truck stop. The staff advised which thickness would be needed, and I have to say it looks cracking. They helped with adhesive quantities and what finish it go for, I have a few more if these to do so I will be back.

Very helpful customer service.

Very poor service, sent wrong size sheeting, website advertised 10ft x 4ft, they sent 3000mm x 1220mm so already 50mm short then measure sheets and all were 2990mm long. Completely ruined all work that had already taken place and had to start the build again as couldn't wait for replacements due to time constraint. Company did not care one bit. Offered a return and replace but was not an option we could take so had to spend 2 days rebuilding the carcass work to fit the substandard panels. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
