Bought a kids set of golf clubs online. They were on sale and far cheaper than anywhere else. Got the email confirmations of order placed, payment received etc. but the order status stayed at awaiting shipping for several days. I phoned and got put through to the people packing and dispatching the goods and they new all about it and were just sorting out the courier as it was a big item.
Great service.

I'm amazed how companies can have great online reviews, immediately followed up by equally terrible ones. I guess this culture is just where we are now and it's a numbers game. I visited the store yesterday with an enquiry (I was actually planning on going elsewhere but a pal advised me to try Cladish in Wallington). The staff there as a whole could not have been more helpful and friendly. The upshot was that I placed an embroidery order, which they turned around in a matter of hours (I was quoted 10 days by another company). The pricing was extremely good, and when I picked up the finished job the following day I was very happy with the work. I know we live in an online age, but I'd urge people to visit stores in person and judge for yourself. These guys get 5 stars from me (literally), and I will most definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

I asked Cladish to re-string my racquet. They 'forgot' to let me know when it was ready for collection. Within weeks a string broke. I took it somewhere else where I was told that old bits of string had been used to re-string it and that it was an appalling job.

Excellent service and very quick dispatch of items on both occasions I have used the company. Would recommend the company to anyone!

I had looked for a similar trophy on the internet and was astonished to find postage at another supplier would have cost as much as the trophy! I was initially surprised there was no postage charged by Cladish, but now see it is their policy.

I received a personalised email when the order was being processed and within 3 days had my engraved item. Really happy with the product - exactly what I ordered and engraving is good.

Would recommend.

I have ordered several medals and bespoke inserts fromj Clandish and will contnue to do so. The good folk at Clandish dealt with my queries, understood what I meant and got everything to me in time (despite me leaving everything to the last minute).

Ordered the item but didn't know how it would look when it arrived. It was great value for the money

Service was particularly good but goods were of a good quality. My order didnt arrive for ages and when I chased it apparently i had been sent an email to say item was in stock but never the less my account had been debited and no attempt had been made to get hold of me. On a positive note when I contacted them about it they sorted it out straight away and I received my order.

Very happy with my order. Was delivered quickly and was very impressed that there was no postage considering other website seem to charge a fortune to deliver to the Scottish Islands. Well done!
