AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They successfully completed a claim for me and sent me a cheque for my payment which bounced at the bank. Tried multiple emails and calls with no result. Also look up the Company on companies house. It's in its third name change and the current director is on about his 36th company in about 20 years! Absolute scam artists. Fortunately for me it hasn't cost me anything as such but even so, avoid doing any business with these.

Terrible company

Terrible company! Ignore your emails, website doesn't work properly.
Ppi claim from 2019, credit card company have confirmed ppi on the account and claim hunters are doing nothing

They got me my payout for ppi a few…

They got me my payout for ppi a few years ago and they have just done the tax that was taken off and just received payment for the tax I can not recommend this company to highly they have been brilliant no fuss no messing fantastic job done I'm well impressed thanks Claim Hunters

3 years wasted

After nearly 3 years, this lot just send an email saying my case is closed and then just give you a whole list of possible reasons.

I'm not sure how they ever make any money.

Don't waste your time, all you ever do is chase them and for absolutely nothing

I would actually give them no stars , I am so angry and upset with them . I have been having claims sorted for me with ppi owing to me with fcas Ltd, because they don't charge a high interest on there fees when you win . I've only been receiving emails off fcas Ltd. the last claim that I put in , I decided to email the after sales team at fcss Ltd. I got a message back off claim hunters! I've never asked them for there business. But they took it upon them selves to send me a email under the name of fcas Ltd. But really it was claim hunters taking my business with out me knowing. They have now sent me a fee email which is scandalous and a rip off of 24 percent of my money as a fee . they are claiming that they are the sister company of fcas limited. And that they are taking over the clients of fcas Ltd. And that I would have had a email telling the transfer of me going from fcas to claim hunters. I've never had a email saying this. So basically me and my partner have been scammed in a very clever way. but I am going to find out if its true what claim hunters are saying

Horrendous company

Three years later, after signing the forms for the money to be paid it’s no where to be seen. Fail to answer complaints and emails and I genuinely believe they have the money and kept it all. Don’t touch with a barge pole

Please Stay Away

I only gave this company 1 star as you couldn’t give less. Sat on mY claim for 2 years before paying out then chasing me for there commission before I had even been paid. Stupid name on the email address that I chased every few months and got pathetic replies even one asking me to contact the companies myself ??????? then it transpired they hadn’t sent my proof of identity documentation to the companies so nearly 2 years waiting at my expense . I paid them immediately my money came through and not even an acknowledgement . Please don’t use this company communications and professionalism NIL.

Great help very happy

Found the process very easy as they did all the hard work, I don’t understand the negative reviews with people complaining about them taking 25% there not doing the hard work for free for you.
And if you didn’t want to be contacted answer the phone and tell them your not interested, instead of ignoring them so they do keep calling you because you have made a enquiry.

I had procrastinated about PPI and…

I had procrastinated about PPI and quickly filled out a simple form and they have dug out loads of money for us- yes they take 25% but if I hadn’t at the 11th hour filled out a simple form we would have had nothing.

I raised a case with them in April…

I raised a case with them in April 2019. In October 19 I got confirmation that I had two shop direct cases that would pay out. The first one I received the cheque, paid them off and it was all good. For the second one I haven’t heard anything since and when I chased first time I was told it was due to shop direct offices being closed and now they just ignore me. Can I go direct to shop direct? Based on the other claim I know we are taking about a few thousand pounds here so not sure why they aren’t changing it?!?!

Absolutely worst company.

Absolutely worst company I've ever dealt with. STEER CLEAR OF THEM! They hassle you nonstop via email text etc. They take over 25% of your ppi claim. Complete rip off. Full of small print.

I was told that I could claim against…

I was told that I could claim against barclaycard as I was a student in 2004 and they mis sold me PPI. I was awarded a sum but little did I realise I calculated that Claimhunters take a 25.5% stake of your claim.

I am thoroughly disappointed and cannot pay £128 up front. I will have to pay in installments and I am cross. They should stipulate this in their correspondence.

Liars and Lazy

Absolutely the worst company ever to deal with.
Always an excuse and they tell you about AMY who replies back to you.
Never a clear phone signal and even without covid thay lie about the time to pay PPI.
They never respond to emails either.

Bullys

This company is a complete farce. I am being harassed daily by them by text and email telling me I owe them money when in reality it's my ex wife who owes them!!! The claim was in her name and the cheque she received was in her name yet they are expecting me to pay. They are unprofessional and if I could have awarded zero stars I would. Avoid these people at all costs

My husband used Claim Hunters for PPI…

My husband used Claim Hunters for PPI from RBS, two cheques arrived in the post, one for just over £100 and the other for £200. Sadly he had passed away a few weeks before. As the cheques were in his name and his bank account was frozen I couldn’t cash them. I phoned RBS and explained, they asked for copy of Death Certificate and would see if cheques could be reissued in my name.
I received a letter from Claim hunters looking for £150 fee. I phoned and explained the situation. I was advised to email a copy of my husbands Death Certificate. I am now getting daily emails asking to contact RBS again and I’m finding them quite harassing and bullying. I have phoned RBS and they said due to current circumstances the payment department could take a while to review case. I’ve told Claim Hunters this so hopefully they will leave me in peace to grieve.
AVOID ..... heartless and ruthless!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I feel I’ve been totally harassed by this company who only briefly stopped for 2 weeks when the country went into lockdown. I was heavily pregnant and furloughed and not in a financial position to pay their fees so they decided to call and text me several times a day, every day. Read the small print if you do use them, they deduct tax from your settlement so you don’t get as much as you think you will and they take more for their fees than they state.

DO NOT USE !!

DO not use these people total rip off, very slow to respond to and emails finally my bank called me and I had an hour interview Claim Hunters looked at this as if they had done all the work charged me their full fees and unlike earlier in the claim soon as Id had a small pay out they were all over me demanding their fees what a surprise my advice leave them well alone and do it for your selves
