I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before I ordered! Ordered from Claire's Ireland, as I needed the item quickly, but it appears to be serviced from the UK so I don't know if I will have to pay Import Duty. Website promises Europe delivery in 4-7 working days but dispatch took a week to be notified. Have contacted Customer Service 3 times to request a delivery date (twice via the website - no response or acknowledgement) and once via email (automated acknowledgement but no response). Still no sign of goods, 2 weeks after ordering. Will never buy from them again.

UPDATE - I have now (finally) received a response from Claire's. They state that, due to Coronavirus, their delivery time is now up to 20 working days!!! My order was placed on 9th July and they are advising me to wait until 11th August, and to contact them again if I have not received the goods then! I have had to order a replacement from another company and have asked Claire's for a refund (as I feel that they have breached the conditions of sale, per their website) - not holding my breath on that one as the goods have, supposedly, already been dispatched.

Once again, I urge you not to buy from this company!!

I have ordered online and they have cancelled my order due to non stock items. I contacted the customer service, no responds. Meanwhile it seems nobody works there, because in their online shop the stuff I wanted to order are still “in stock”. Never mind it was just a waste of time and by the looks of other people reviews I am not the only one with unpleasant experience.

i bought 6 nail polish in website online purchase. i ordered in 6-25-21 , pick up in store . i emailed to customer service about tracking number but they don't answer my question.beacuse when they notice about "shipped order" to customer ,next step is send tracking number but they didn't email me anything at all.it's so rude and bad customer service. i checked out website "claire" shipping status . it shows me just like this "despatched" they don't show me what kind of carrier ,full detail and estimate arrive date. i never seen customer service like this in my shopping experience.

owner was rude prices are way to hi the jewelry was of poorest quality and piercing should be free they just rape there customers

The online store sucks, they are scammers, things do not reach me and I do not have the refund and when I want to send a Gmail it appears that the user does not exist, I asked for it from Mexico

Horrible, Terrible Online purchases experience. I will give them ZERO. After hours looking for a gift and finally making some selections ... I input my credit card information... then they told me that I was getting a by text... It didn’t happen but the items are removed from shopping cart .! Outrageous

Honestly, I would like to give them zero stars. Took my girls to Lakeside Shopping Center and we stopped at Claire's since I had rewards coupons. However, the 3 ladies behind the counter barely knew how to work the register, much less honor the coupon on my email. One girl said she wouldn't honor the coupon since there was no 2 digit code, the other girl didn't say anything and the girl ringing up my girls products didn't know anything about anything. They were all so nasty and rude, I decided not to buy anything and my 7yr old started crying cause she didn't understand why the girl wouldn't give us our stuff. I called the next morning to speak to the manager and it was the same girl that was nasty to us. I called Corporate and I was told to order online and I was uh no, I am not paying you one penny.

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. The associate told us to pick out earrings. Never did she say that they were all different prices. When I called to make the appt, I was told it was $30. It ended up being $82! I will not be back!!

So i am not the biggest claires fan. I think they seriously need to retire that piercing gun. However- the earrings they sell you when you get a piercing are surprisingly good quality. I think that if claires made the jewelry they sold to everyone in that quality and price range they would be more respected.

This is the worst piercing experience that we ever had. We literally waited for 100 mins in the end! We were here with a very long queue and therefore one of your staff told us we should come back after 50 mins. However, when we came back after 40mins the staff said we need to queue again. It would just be so much better if your staff could mark down names to ensure people do not have to line up again and again! The staff is rude and totally not efficient at all! It was just a terrible experience and we would definitely NOT come back again!

I would actually like to give Claire’s zero stars. My daughter saved up to buy a pack of 10 rings that she had been admiring for a long time. When the rings arrived, 2 were broken into pieces and 3 others were so big they didn’t even fit on my fingers. They are obviously not children’s sized rings. I emailed Claire’s customer service and Natasha said I could return the rings at my expense. I had already paid $6 for shipping to my house and she wanted me to pay another $6 to ship back. The rings were $10 so that made no sense. I then sent pictures of the broken rings and pictures of the rings that were huge on my 9 year old daughter. She then said too bad, we won’t refund you money or exchange them since the package had been opened. I have now opened a case with American Express and will never ever shop at Claire’s again.

This place does not even deserve one star. Happily take your money. 2 weeks later still havent despatched my items although says 3-5 working days for delivery, more than enough time for my neices birthday. A chocolate fireguard is more helpful than this pathetic customer service team. Disgrace of a service should be taken down to stop taking peoples well earned money. Contact your bank for a charge back people if you dont receive your goods like me. Pointless now my neices birthday has been and gone!

I've been trying to order here for weeks and none of my orders / payments go through (using paypal). I can use other online services with paypal just fine so it's not on me. Now the item I wanted is out of stock? This sucks. I can't contact anyone either.

I got a 7 dollar ring from clairs and the minnet i took it out of the boxs it brok in haf I hate clairs

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, still hasn't shipped. Requested order be cancelled and they said their policy won't allow them to cancel. Then I said if it happens to try to deliver I would refuse and they said I would still be responsible for it. THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!! I will never order from them again.

they forgot multiple things in my order and messed up on their behalf and made me wait two months for a refund to then when i called again refuse to give me one. worst customer service ever and awful store. don’t recommend ordering from them and i’m never going to again. they wasted so much of my time calling them four different times and my money went to waste when they didn’t even send me all my items.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered 6 items and after 5 days they inform that 5 of the items are cancelled. Horrible service ever. Please don’t order from them. Rip off 🥵

Not impressed with my experience with Claire's, ordered 4 small items on 17/02/21 and was sent an email stating one or more items were out of stock a week later, but not telling me what wasn't coming. I then emailed customer service on the same day and was told ALL of my order was coming. Emailed today, 2/03/21 to be told 2 out of 4 items WERE out of stock, that I'd be getting a refund and to wait til 17/03/21 for my remaining 2 items, which is annoying as I know an order that was placed after mine was delivered from Claire's to my same locality last week. Won't be purchasing off them again, not worth the hassle.

**EDIT** Order came yesterday 5/3/21 with all items accounted for minus 1, so confused with the emails I got but happy nearly everything came
