Very cool guy was well informed and helped me with my problem in a timely matter.

Honestly one of the best services for servers out there. I've bought 2 servers from them and its very easy to setup and use. Jay is also a really nice dude and I know this is the best service you can get.

Just signed up for a minecraft server with them, and the tech guys were extremely helpful. I had to set up a custom modpack, and was fumbling for a few hours until I gave up. But they sorted it all out, and sent me helpful videos on exactly what they did, in case I need to troubleshoot in the future. I'm not sure if this is the industry standard now, but that's the first time I've seen this done. The response was also very prompt.

The website interface is rather confusing -- there are at least two ways to do any one thing, or so it seems -- but I guess that's good if you know what you're doing, which I certainly didn't.

Minus one star for asking me to post a positive review on this website in exchange for 2Gb for one month. I would have posted it anyway. With their excellent support, they didn't need to go for these underhanded tactics.

so i got a tf2 server and it run fine for 2 years despite the minor problems but one day their inhuman support suddenly says this after i asked them to help since the server status is unknown(ddosed)

Yes. You guys get too much DDoS and the data center is tired of it.

I am also tired of it.

I am not going to do anything in HK.

then i asked them if its possible to move back to HK later and wow they just out right banned me and denyed me access to my server files which now i am R O Y A L L Y screwed

great bloody grade A support here guys,what a disappointment,avoid it like cancer,all those 5 stars reviews are just people who havnt get cucked by their "support" yet

so in your eyes me asking you a question is some how a refuse?dont you have better excuses than that?i am pretty sure any good customer service wouldnt just suddenly "remove" their customer by banning him from their website and make him lose all his data

Scam Company. Was charged two payments of $5.00 for my service that cost $9.55 a month. They then suspended my service for "Overdue Payment". It took two tickets to get my money back and they then IP banned me from their website. Going to be contacting PayPal to get the remainder of my money for the sole purpose of not wanting to give this company a single cent.They only refunded $4.55 of each of the $5.00.

I cancelled my account through their website about one week before auto billing, and they auto billed me again through PayPal. I contacted their support last Saturday and was told they opened a support ticket, and that I would hear back on Monday. It is Tuesday, and I have heard back nothing, and they have deleted my account—I cannot log in, and password retrieval says the account no longer exists. I contacted their support again, was told they’d send the info to the devs, and support immediately closed the chat window.

They charged me 3 times the same month. I was talking to them for almost 2 weeks and they have not solved anything for me.
They have not returned my money (what they have done has been to deposit the money in my clanwarz account ...).
It seems incredible to me that they are not able to recognize their error.

We will move all our services to another company

Deleted my account, then still charged me money even tho I couldn't login to my account to cancel the payments.

Really great support and best ever I've ever seen.

Had a problem with one of my servers not being able to download custom maps. Jay sorted my problem out with ease and boosted my server performance quite considerably. Appreciate all the help. Will be sticking with them for years to come.

Excellent site recovery, service, and explanation!!

Quick and Easy support to work with. Had us up and running two different servers quickly and were happy to help us when we had some issues.

They IP banned my friend and I after purchasing a server and automatically refunded us for no apparent reason. This is without even consulting us! utterly terrible "business" the staff are more than useless human beings.

It's my first server and I have to admit I couldn't have a better one!
Lot's of tutorials and quick response for support. That's all I need. Highly recommended!!

Even without a extensive knowledge of Teamspeak is it very easy to set up and maintain a clanwarz server. Additionally every issue I have encountered was quickly taken care of. Support is fully focused on support rather than upselling, it builds trust and makes me feel happy to be a clanwarz customer.

I have been with many host providers in the past, and let me just say this company: Clanwarz has been far the easiest to set up, not only the support team were friendly and helpful but has nice manners as well!

I'm sure down the line, the support will be great as well.
