I have just sent a email with photos as I am so disappointed, these were sent as a birthday present from my children I am only glad that they did not witness the state of the delivery of a crumpled,... See more

flowers left by delivery company on doorstep, only found them by chance even though I was in the house.
On opening the cellophane there was 3 stems which the flower heads had come off, there was lots of foliage some were just pieces of leaves put in the arrangement to make it look full, 3 flower stems are ready to be thrown out already, the arrangement looks as if it has been made up with the flowers that has been left over at the end of the day, what should of been a lovely experience is more of a disaster, would not recommend this company to anyone as the flowers received look nothing like what is on your website
So paid an additional £8.95 for delivery on Mother's Day....the flowers eventually arrived at 10pm !!!! and a fob off standard reply when I queried why 10pm was deemed to be acceptable !...I certainly wont be using them ever again !
Ordered flowers to be delivered pre noon. Flowers did not arrive, communication attempted across all platforms and they were completely ignored. Surprise ruined!!
Flowers didn't arrive on day expected..ordered 2 days in advance. Expecting a refund.
Almost immediately after getting confirmation of my order, I realised that I had set the delivery for the wrong date.
I phoned the number, straight to an automated message. I've left 2 V.M.s so far requesting confirmation of my change of delivery date but no reply so far. Why have a phone number if noone acts on the messages!!!!!!
Flowers beautiful. But concerned as they were fully opened when I received them this morning. Have had before and they were still quite dormant. Concerned how long they will last.
We had flowers sent to a an elderly relative before Christmas which did not last long. I contacted Clare Florist and they sent a fresh bouquet of flowers as soon as they could. Thank You so much
Flowers arrived droopy / dead & no response to emails.
If i could give no stars i would , this company are bunch of crocks , i ordered a week n advance for my wife's 60 th birthday , absolutely nothing , their communication is shocking and we are left with nothing , please please do not use these
It's a few years since I used Clare Florist but never again. I have previously given Clare Florist 2 very positive reviews. These are no longer valid.
I ordered flowers on 4th November to be delivered by 6 pm on 6th November. I subsequently received an sms telling me that they had been dispatched on the 5th.
There is no live tracking despite claims that there is.
No delivery was made on the desired date.
Updating my original review, DPD have since delivered the flowers 24 hours late. They dumped them at the front door of the recipient's apartment building without ringing the bell or contacting the recipient who has been at home all day.
Don't try calling them to find out what has happened to the delivery as they will not answer the telephone. The number is not recognised.
They will not respond to email. (The email address they have given in the 👇 reply is the same email address that I used to contact them BEFORE writing this review. I have still not received a reply.)
Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service, late delivery and lack of communication.

Poor quality flowers
Delivery was terrible, driver just dumped them outside in a damaged box, did not leave a card it anything to say where they were, it was only by luck they were found. Once found and put in a vase they have only lasted a couple of days, supermarket flowers last longer.
This is a scam, i paid for flowers to be delivered before 12noon on the 25/09/2025 (today) they didn't arrive before 12 noon, i paid the £7 delivery fee so they would arrive at that time.
I have contacted them through the email it tells you on there website, Instagram, i also phoned the contact number on the website that doesn't work.
You have no way of getting you money back from these people so don't bother in the first place

My sister who lives in a different country from our mother ordered a bouquet of flowers for her 80th birthday.
She paid an extra premium so that they were next day delivery.
They arrived today 14/09/2025 which is a day late.
The flowers are pitiful
6 carnation stems,1 very sad and limp lilly,1 white stem of aster with 2/3 petals fallen off,1 stem of gypsophila,2 sad roses and some leaves.
I would not have bothered to pay£3.99 for these in my local filling station.
I know that my sister is deeply upset and disappointed and will be delivering her own feedback as well.
These are not what she paid for.

My flowers arrived this morning, a day after our 30th wedding anniversary. It's a big deal for my husband to buy flowers so he was disappointed.
On opening the box, several flowers had broken off and lost petals. And didn't look their freshest.

Unfortunately the flowers sent to me for my birthday gift were half dead, the stems were slimy, the petals of the roses had brown edges. I had to throw away half of the bouquet as most of the flowers/greenery were rotten. The person sending the bouquet would be extremely upset and disappointed at the very, very poor quality of the gift.

Got brought a bouquet for my birthday an it was shocking. Postage was absolutely fine, packaged well, however when the flowers arrived the rose heads were soft already and some of the petals were browning, one had already fallen off and was completely mouldy so had to have been put in like that! Freesias were open and some were dying already. The hypericum berries were soft and going black already. They mention that flowers are sent in bud and that simply wasn't the case! Cut and placed the flowers in the vase as recommended but by the following morning all the roses had died and dropped. They had only been delivered not even 12 hours previously! Absolutely shocking, definitely not worth the money and should be avoided!

We've used Clare Florist as our go-to for flowers for years and have always had great flowers and service.
However, we ordered flowers for our daughters graduation and specifically wanted sunflowers and no Lillie's. When the flowers arrived (on time) there was only 1 sunflower and several lillies. Very disappointing.
We have tried to contact Clares via telephone and email multiple times over the last 2 weeks but so far have not had a response.
We have tri
Update 17/8: emailed as suggested on the 13th, still no response.
