The flowers were lovely and they were delivered on the correct day. However, I had to contact the recipient to see if they had been delivered because I hadn’t heard anything from her. She told me that she had been at home all day and no one had knocked the door or rang the bell.
If I hadn’t have contacted her, she wouldn’t have known about the flowers being left on the doorstep.
Not so good.

Ordering was straightforward, the price quite reasonable and the flowers were delivered on the day required.

DPD were instructed not to leave at front door but call at back door or if locked leave on garden table for house-bound lady. They left the flowers at the front door where they were not discovered for some time.

I selected “available for next day delivery” on the website and chose a bunch of flowers, I then couldn’t book a slot for delivery until two days later for any bunch. There was a discount code advertised but the website kept saying “expired”. I persevered as
I have had lovely flowers before. Then had a call to say there was a problem with the flowers I had ordered, did I want to wait or send a replacement.Customer service was very nice. I opted for a replacement which was delivered but I am not overly impressed with the size as
I did pay extra for large and they basically filled my order with their choice of what they had in stock so although I appreciate the value of the flowers might be different to what I originally ordered, it didn’t seem like great value for money on this occasion.

One failed delivery (Dpd) , second delivery arrived today thankyou, one broken flower, the bouquet was smaller than expected considering I paid for 25% extra. Clare florist were very helpful.

An expensive mistake.

Wanted to send flowers to a special cousin who lives in a fairly remote part of Scotland and had recently been in hospital. Had unsuccessfully tried three other well known florists who refused my order. Had almost given up hope, when I tried Amazon and Clare Florist successfully delivered the flowers to my cousin next day. Needless to say, my cousin was delighted with them. I can also add that the flowers were a good deal cheaper than the prices quoted by the companies who were unable/ unwilling to fulfil my order! Thanks Clare Florist!

Quick and fast delivery. However was disappointed with how the bouquet of flowers looked. Disappointed with the amount of flowers that was given.

On my brother-in-laws passing, I ordered flowers to be sent to my sister in Dalston. They were to be delivered October 18. A few days later, when I inquired, I was told the driver "could not find the address". Gave more specifics, even though this is where the mail is sent, and was assured they were to be delivered October 24. NOTHING

Easy to order online & delivery was exactly as expected

I have used Clare Florist several times now, the flowers are always beautiful. This time I had a question about the delivery - I sent an email at 6.40pm and received a reply within 5 minutes. Excellent customer service!
