Really disappointed that my goods were not delivered in time. I ordered the goods on 5th January and was told they had been dispatched on the 6th. We are now on the 20th January and still not received. After an initial conversation regarding sending replacement goods or a refund, the communication has now stopped. I did reply and leave a voicemail message asking for contact. I am very disappointed to say the least.

I ordered a DVD collection, had an issue with payment and dispatch but was fixed quickly. Would use again.

Placed an order on 5th December 2016, claims to havbe been dispatched the same day. Not received to date as of 14th December. Not able to contact on telephone - goes straight to answering machine!

I order the complete DVD series of cheers and the Cosby show. I had no problem what so ever. Although it didn't appear clear what subtitles are on them. I live in Denmark and had no trouble with shipping.

I found a great price for a box set of The Cedar Tree at classicmoviestore.co. uk and asked for them to be delivered to a remote part of Australia. Absolutely no problems at all! They were despatched on the day after I ordered them and arrived safe and sound. Phil answered my queries promptly and politely so great customer service. I recently ordered the box set of the Van Der Valk series from this company. I cannot fault the service I received I chose them because their price was significantly cheaper than others (around £15) and naturally I was concerned they might be a cheaper service. I could not have been more wrong the order was received within a few days and well packaged. I will certainly be using this company again should I require any box sets or old movies. I just received my order from Classic Movie Store yesterday. I ordered the entire collection of Prisoner Cell Block H. I can't believe how great the service is, I was a little surprised. The price was the cheapest on the Internet, plus it was delieved by Interlink Express for free. I feel as though I've done someone out of business it was that good. Usually when you pay a minuscule amount, you get a poor service. It certainly isn't the case with this website. I don't write reviews very often but I felt this warranted a positive reply. I won't buy my DVDs from anywhere else in the future. Highly recommend!

I bought the full DVD set of last of the summer wine as a birthday present for my mum
I had to get it sent by Collect+ due to work commitments and it overall 2 weeks to
arive but that shouldn't reflect on the seller as it was entirely the fault of the asda store
that the seller took it to.
So the time it woul have taken, if asda had let the delivery driver was only 3 days.
So really impressed with the delivery times and the price was #Awesome

Hey well done to this Company for getting the Entire Series of Soldier Soldier out to me as Looking through Sites like Zavvi and could only find the First series of this was like oh no and then i spotted ClassicMovies and saw they have the Complete series of this which was Brill as it has been along since i saw this from 1991 till 1997 when i was in my late teens till my Early 20s,and have used it again on the 4th of Febraury to get Shameless series 8 at an Unbelievable £4.97 which is Great for some one on a Budget.Well done to whoever Put this Sitee Up as sometimes other sites will Charge more for Offers like this.

Ordered a few of the TV box sets - All Ronnie Barker, and I was really surprised at the prices. The Discs arrived and I was really pleased with them. I was amazed at the choice available on ClassicMovieStore, there are DVD's here that are really hard to find, as well as really recent ones. I was very pleased to find this site and have recommended it to my friends and recommend it to you . I will be using it again .

Order came quickly and in perfect condition. There is a great range of films - a good place for Christmas shopping.
