Ignorant, and have to take them to small claims for a refund.

Purchased a keeway superlight from new. Within less than 100 miles the gearbox would not go into neutral. CCK collected it and we never saw it again. Back and forward emails stating it couldn't be repaired, so we asked for our money back. Repeated requests for a refund over email were ignored, so we eventually submitted a claim in small claims court. It was only through this that we got our money back. Glad they've gone bust.

Very arrogant with a not bothered…

Very arrogant with a not bothered attiitude for a new sale and potential new customer...you just lost out on over 12k!!!Oh well your loss anyway.

I just bought a 2025 Performance Z900 from Bournemouth Kawasaki today and Pete the owner is fantastic in every way so is Tom and they also treat you with respect and more like a friend than just a quick sale guy...

Go elsewhere than Clay Cross Kawasaki. If anyone is reading this and your struggling with any other Kawasaki dealer with sales or parts use Bournemouth and contact Pete ASAP he will ALWAYS look after you and anyone can get on with him a treat...Cant say the same for Clay Cross Kawasaki 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

No demo No buy

No demo No buy

I believe it is a bad idea not to have a demo bike in stock to try out, 8-10k is a lot for anyone, well almost anyone to take a chance on a new purchase.

Excellent service!

Throttle snatch - ECU update - UK

800MT Sport - ECU updated today at Clay Cross Kawasaki, Derbyshire.
The bike now rides substantially better.

The snatchy throttle was apparent from the first ride: it was so bad that I explored the option of paying for a Dyno test and professional remap.
Slow speed riding was particularly bad: the throttle behaved more like an on/off switch and bumps transmitted the movement to the bars making it impossible to maintain smooth throttle control.
The surging when cornering at low speed, for instance at junctions, was symptomatic of the tank running dry and felt as though the bike was about to cut-out.
Even on faster corners where a smooth, controlled power delivery should give you the confidence to lean, it constantly hunted.

The guys at Clay Cross Kawasaki updated the software and the bike is transformed!
It’s not perfect but as the technician told me beforehand, it’s about 80% better.
As someone who has taken pillions, I try to finesse gear changes and changes in speed to prevent those awful helmet-clashing moments…
Sadly, the update isn’t good enough to totally prevent that but for solo riding it’ll do.
Big shout-out to ‘S’ on the service desk at the dealership for his excellent service and help with a few other issues and to ‘M’ the technician for getting it done.
They did identify an issue with the first update when the Engine Management Light revealed a problem with the quick-shifter….
My bike doesn’t have one.
The guys got CF MOTO to email the correct file for the Sport model and then completed the update.
Excellent service by the guys at Clay Cross Kawasaki and I’ve no hesitation (pun intended) in wholeheartedly recommending them!
Great work, guys.
