Excellent company, managed to fit me in on the day between jobs. Fit the dog flap efficiently and effectively. Lovely family run business. Would use again for any doors and windows. Highly recommend!

Liam and Simon fitted two large bay windows, a new front door and bathroom and landing windows.
Simon visited initially to measure, he made some great recommendations with our front door and landing window. We are really happy with the quality of the windows and door. The guys were superb, worked hard to fit everything correctly and didn’t rush the jobs. Each day they cleaned up and did not leave any mess behind at the end of the job. They also helped by removing some nests in our brickwork and put some preventions in place- above and beyond. We have a dog and they were brilliant with him and conscious to keep doors closed so he was secure. We would definitely have them back to do more work when needed. Really friendly, hard working guys and we felt the service and quality was good value for money (after seeking many quotes).

Help, friendly & Alex worked with us to get the windows and doors we were after delivered at a cost within our budget.
Surveyor booked to attend tomorrow to measure and windows to be installed in approx 3 weeks time, which is a great time frame from start to finish.

Chose Clear choice to install a rear door and 14 windows. Installation was quick. I did have a couple of issues with the levelling of 2 of the windows, however this was due to the opening not being level and preference on how the windows should fit in such a case. However, after confirming preference adjustments were made without any hesitation. One window was the wrong size from the supplier which could off been made good by Clear choice or replaced, I chose to replace the incorrect sized window and had the correct sized window installed within 2 weeks. (no extra cost)

Had quality issues with a hinge on a top opener and a door handle (door handle found after payment) they had a look at both, took some videos to share and discuss with the supplier which lead to both being replaced without hesitation.

All round good experience with Liam and Simon would recommend.

Had new French doors fitted by Liam and Simon. Excellent job done by them and even though we had an issue with one of the doors, not their fault, Liam sorted it for us with no fuss.

The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Being able to design our door on the Endurance website and to try different colours; glazed panels and door furniture was great fun. The door and window arrived when we were told they would and were fitted the day specified and Liam and Simon were the tidiest workers I have ever had in my home. Together the door and window make our home look really beautiful and we are extremely pleased with them both. Thank you so much. We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. I recently had double-glazed panels installed in an existing sash window, and was delighted with the result. Great care was taken with the work, everything was cleaned up afterwards, and the service/customer care was skilled, friendly and helpful.

ClearChoice, Cheltenham are fast; efficient and offered excellent customer service. I called ClearChoice around 12pm; explained the situation to Liam and he told me, that someone would be with me within the hour. True to their word; Simon arrived and within 30minutes fixed my sash window. I won’t hesitate to call them in the future or recommend. Thank you to all the team for acting so quickly and resolving the problem.

The doors were made and fitted in a very reasonable timescale. They look great and I am very, very happy with them.

In terms of fitting, the guys were really friendly and helpful and fitted them really well and quickly. I was amazed at how tidy they were and you would never know you had had tradesmen doing work. My past experience has resulted in having to clean up after work is done - but not with them.
