I ordered the large packing clear plastic bags. I recently took delivery of my order & there were only 4 small clear packing bags which are not what I ordered and I paid a lot of money for 4 large bags which I haven’t received. This company needs to supply what people actually order. I have sent an email complaining, but I don’t expect to get my money refunded & now after reading other reviews I won’t be ordering anything else from this company. Buyers beware

They came on time they fit good and they feel great on my legs

arrived on time & shipping progress was kept up to date.

Expensive in Aust $ for what it is , but easy to have item sitting around & use regularily while watching tv

The one in the add showed a person in the bag. These bags were very small not what I was expecting. I don’t like being shown something and then getting something different.

I ordered large storage bags for moving. The picture depicted large sturdy and structured bags that would hold multiple layers of clothes. It was originally $60 for 4 but there was a discount, so I paid approx $50.
What arrived were very small and flimsy-literally the kind of bags that linens are in when purchased. Trash.
I contacted customer support. They offered $5 and said it was too expensive to return.
Buyer beware!

The bags are small and are ripping before even unfolding then . I’d like a full refund . Not worth the price as they are cheaply made

The advertising on FB stated that the castor oil came with a rose quartz roller, and made it seem that this was a very positive feature of the whole roller. But in my package there is nothing that is rose quartz. The roller is simply a regular plastic roller. Even on the box it says that there is a rose quartz roller, but plain white plastic on the actual product. Why? Why advertise this so strongly, and then not deliver? I'm very disappointed.
Also, when I ordered this product, I had no idea it would take so long to get to me: several weeks, when I had thought it would be in just a few business days.

This item does not live up to its statement that it will work great. It is literally a piece of junk. I am requesting a full refund as I cannot figure out how to contact the company. I definitely would never buy this mini iron again.
