Very expensive and deceptive fees! They do not pay VAT and you will have to pay even more than your "final" cost! I had to pay 800kr just to pick it up at the post office

Edit in response to ClearlyOfSweden's response: Unlike most EU companies, nordic companies are well aware of Norway's VAT law and try to pay it + include it in the price to prevent the user from experiencing massive unexpected fees.

As seen in other reviews here, ClearlyOfSweden just doesn't care about customer expectations/complaints

Scammers! Not possible to speak with costumer service at all.

I ordered 2 shower filters. However, they didn't fit the showers I had in mind for them. I tried to install one of them in the shower of my second bathroom, but it didn't fit there either, the water leaked from between the joints. In addition, the plastic parts of the filter crumbled when I tried to put the filter in place.

The customer service was very rude and they didn't believe that the filter didn't fit until I proved it with pictures. They refuse to refund a defective filter. I can return the intact filter at my own expense. We'll see if they ever refund that too. I do not recommend the company.

Poor quality product and really rude customer service.

Ordered a kitchen tap connection and it arrived in good time. When I tried to fit it with the gasket provided by ClearlyofSweden, the product leaked. I wrote and sent a video to customer service who admitted that they had not sent the correct gasket and they sent another one by post. The gasket arrived and was the same as the one I already had. So I could not get the product to work without it leaking quite badly.

I wrote again to customer service and they then began to blame me for the product not working and we’re extremely rude. They were not able to help me stop the product from leaking, therefore I have a very expensive water filter that sprays water all around my kitchen. Unfortunately, I cannot get the help from customer service or from anything on their website to help me stop the product from leaking. I do not want to hire a VVS company to help me as the product is sold as an easy installation.

Maybe if you are professional with plumbing and have some professional tools you will be able to make the product work.

I would suggest avoiding this company as you risk wasting a lot of money on a faulty product and a customer service that blames you and cannot help. There are other brands (e.g Aqwa) that have amazing customer support and are more safe to use.

I ordered a faucet filter, but I couldn't unscrew the adapter to fit my faucet at home. When I contacted customer service about this issue, they were unhelpful, repeatedly telling me to unscrew the adapter. Even after I sent a video showing that the adapter was stuck, they insisted I should unscrew it. This communication was rude and unprofessional. The quality of the product appears to be very poor as it is plastic.

I had a bit of a mix-up with an order from Clearly of Sweden AB, but wow, did they step up! They not only sorted out the issue in no time but also threw in a complimentary shower filter, which was a really nice touch.

The filter's been awesome, by the way. It's things like this that really show you a company cares about its customers. Clearly of Sweden AB has been great at making things right and ensuring I'm happy with my purchase.

Big thanks to the team for their swift action and for going the extra mile with the free filter. If you're on the hunt for reliable water filtration, these folks have got your back. Giving them a well-earned 5 stars!

It seems to me to be a product that ca much cheaper be bought at the farmacie.

I regret having bought it. Hardly any explanation and instructions of use come with the product and no reaction when sending an email. I have send another email, but having read the reviews here I don’t have much hope.

A cheap way on earning money on the ignorance of others, I would say. Based on the price I thought it also filtered bacteria and viruses, so that it can use as an emergency water supply. But the construction of the water holder is not formed to absolutely prevent contact between the clean and dirty container when pouring. And thus no instructions how to use it to prevent re-contamination.

And on top of that the filter starts clogging already after hardly two weeks.

And after repeating my question and not getting an answer but only a statement like they have made below, about how good their product is, I continue to think it is not worth it. Please answer my last question properly (and thus my last email) instead of commenting my review and I might very well change my review (and I will then not place more negative reviews on other sites).

The product seems of good quality, only the explanation how to use it and what it does exactly makes it very questionable whether the product has a reasonable price on it.
