Old-fashioned service. No secrets and nothing to hide. I had an issue with the steering on my Tesla Model S, which was creating an intermittently 'heavy' feel through the wheel, sometimes creating a situation where the steering would not self centre and had to be physically 'un-steered' (not even a word!) Half an hour with Matt, issue identified, sorted and I leave with a different car. Fantastic. And good value. £75 plus parts to service a Model S.Had they been around when I had mine, this is where I would have gone. Thanks

The Directors are out on the shop floor, on reception, in the workshop with their team, and providing me a New Leaf customer with advice on battery degradation reduction though charging and driving approach.
They really know EV.

Very welcoming Garage, Drove 2 hours out of my area to go to this service centre due to great value and recommendation from people I know. Did a full 1st service on my Model X 75d before we went to the south of France, No issues found. Good inspection and new air filters. Was shown under the car while it was on the ramp, tyres, no oil leaks ect. Perfect Will be coming back once the Primary Gear oil is required.

Picked up a puncture at some point on Mon last week, popped into Cleevely EV on Tue morning after a quick call & worked from their customer office space while they swapped my car over to it's spare wheels - they stored summer tyres & wheels for me over winter so had everything ready to go. Brilliant service at a very busy time of year.

The puncture is repairable so my tyre will be getting fixed & put back on my winter wheels which will be stored again ready for swapping back in Oct

I'm back to have my EV annual check-up (mostly Aircon filters) tomorrow. Can highly recommend.

The only way to describe this operation is excellent through and through. They give great service, have great integrity and the workmanship is first class. Faulty units are repaired and not just replaced with new because it is easier.

Cleevely has great expertise with electric vehicles and Mot and service both my BMW i3 and TESLA at a fraction of main dealers horrific prices.
I particularly like the fact that they do the work that is needed instead of unnecessary work to increase their bill. For instance rather than changing perfectly good brake fluid, as the main dealers do at great expense, he tests the fluid to see if it has absorbed water and actually needs changing.

Nice to meet Matt. Came a long way for a Service and MOT and everything went to plan, so thank you to him and his team for that.
New wiper blade drivers side smears a bit and cleaned it a few times but I just suppose it luck of the draw! Bit.
It's nice to find someone who really cares as much as me about my pride and joy. :)

Knowledgeable people, clean tidy garage, business with a family history. Combined with real world pricing, I found I trusted them more than the main dealer for my car.

My Model S was booked in for a minor repair when I mentioned that it was due an MOT they were able to do it while I waited - saving me the trouble of re-booking and coming back some other time.
Two tires had been damaged and needed replacing and they had two types in stock and were able to advise on the differences and fit them.
The whole visit was about two hours and saved me a lot of trouble and time elsewhere.
Having seen their quotes for standard servicing I very much regret paying Mr Tesla about £2k for the first 4 services! I will be back.

Cleevley Electric Vehicles - serviced my Tesla, changed the final drive gearbox oil (front and rear), MOT'd the car and fitted 4 new tyres.
Knowledgable and excellent work carried out at very 'reasonable' prices. I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service and fantastically priced. You can tell that Matt and David care about their customers and the service they provide. The price of the car service is a fraction of Tesla's cost and they will only replace parts when parts need replacing. I fully recommend Cleevely Motors and will certainly be using the again
