Awkward experience and refused to share my reports - AVOID!

Attended initial assessment at clinic. Is in older building so slightly oddly laid out. Practitioner and receptionist were pleasant to me but had a disagreement in front of me in reception about a previous client’s coat or belongings which was odd and a bit embarrassing. I was assessed and agreed to have an X ray at an additional cost of £60 (although the cost was not clarified to me beforehand). The X ray was done is a little basement room which felt awkward. Unfortunately my work circumstances have changed and I can’t attend the clinic because I am now based over an hour away in the opposite direction. I phoned to ask for a copy of my Xray and the X ray report and they refused to give this to me, despite having paid for this. I was told that ‘the rules’ are that I would have to come into the clinic, which would be extremely inconvenient. As the clinic is run by a single individual, I can only assume that it is his refusal to provide me with my report or X-ray. Very unprofessional and an uncomfortable patient experience at the assessment. Would NOT recommend!
