Rude and aggressive staff useless company
I have given you 1 star because it made me i have been installing cables for 40 years and your cable is s### you deliver drums on there side when you know that is a big no no due to cable loops dropping down over there self and 75% of your drums turn up damaged and the quality is just absolutely rubbish
I'm based on a remote Hebridean island off the west coast of Scotland. I paid for an order of 200m of heavy rubber flex weighing some 50kg on Thursday and it arrived the very next day. Normally orders take at least 4 working days to get here.
The cable was supplied neatly wound on drums of proper plywood construction, not the usual low quality cardboard that always arrive here completely mashed.
They were also significantly cheaper than my previous supplier.
Very simply: 10/10.
This is a dishonest company with apauling customer care. I made a £500+ order which was delivered incomplete. I was missing reels and had been sent reels that were not what I ordered. 5 weeks later, I still do not have my complete order, they consistently avoid rectifying the issue and deny a refund. I have been told that the general manager will call me back on 5 occcassions, which has never happened. They refuse to send me the items I paid for. Within a single order, they also sent out multiple manufactures of cable so there are differences in colour and specification between items of the same type. They rufuse to acknowlege this as a problem. In short, avoid this company at all costs.
