We purchased a new Elddis Accordo 135 from Cleaveland Motorhomes, and it was well worth travelling from the Midlands. Their price was extremely competitive, making the journey worthwhile. Steve, the Sales Manager, provided us with a comprehensive video tour of the motorhome before purchase, and everything was ready for collection in just over a week. On the day of collection, Brent kindly picked us up from the train station and carried out the handover. He gave us an excellent, thorough explanation of how everything worked, ensuring we felt confident before setting off. This is the third Motorhome i have purchased from Cleveland Motor Homes. Once again very satisfied with the professionalism of all the staff involved in the process. From initial contact with Steve to viewing my new vehicle , to negotiating and agreeing to purchase, the whole process was seamless , without any fuss or pressure. Family friendly dealership who certainly try their best for the customers. Handover by Brent was seamless too, informal but professional, very informative too. Called into Cleveland motorhomes with an emergency with Alde heating. The guys were extremely responsive and knew exactly what the issue was with a partially blocked air intake. Their experience with Alde heating system really paid dividends with the repair completed within an hour. What more could you ask. Excellent work.
