After some initial confusion over the question of responsibility for a billing issue—Quark or Cleverbridge—my issue was resolved in a timely fashion and I've been informed that I'm to receive a credit back on the card I used. Cleverbridge customer service individuals responded in a timely fashion, and I'm pleased with their responsiveness and willingness to resolve my issue.
Fast reply - easy to contact
Contacting the company was easy and the reply arrived within 4 hours. Russell left a personal message and I had the impression, that even with bigger issues you would be helped by real people acknowleding your problems.
The company charged me for Win Zip…
The company charged me for Win Zip software that I didn't need. They took twice the previous subscription amount from the last years cost.
I told them I didn't want the software, that they took the money without my approval.
I wrote to them 3 times requesting a refund, but have not received a reply

I had a subscription problem entirely…
I had a subscription problem entirely of my own making where I had overlooked an automatic 2 year roll-over and had subscribed to a better, 2 year plus 1 free deal. After explaining my problem Cleverbridge did no more than cancel both subscriptions effecting refunds of what I paid, but then provided an individual link allowing me access to the 2 + 1 deal. This is not the first time I've had a problem with on-line subscriptions, but the level of service I received from Cleverbridge exceed by far anything I have previously experienced and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.
Yearly auto renewal charged my credit…
Yearly auto renewal charged my credit card with no prior notification. When I quickly requested this be refunded since I don't use or need the product, customer support refused to budge. This is a really sleazy company that puts profit over customer needs.

Well I had some problems getting it to go through on my credit card but with the help of Russell we got everything taken care of he did an excellent job. And it's a great antivirus program that's light on the system it has a lot of options.

I have had problems with Cleverbridge/Ccleaner
I have had problems with Piriform and their billing merchant Cleverbridge regarding unauthorised payment on a subscription for Ccleaner. Since the last upgrade Ccleaner free version has been next to useless.
I did not authorise any payments, singular or recurring through PayPal.
However they used details from years ago to take payment and set up an annual charge.
Please check your bank statements if you have ever had a transaction with Piriform.

I am trying to get a refund and I keep getting the run around. I can't get anyone on the phone to handle the issue. The whole thing feels like a scam.
I want to stop the auto renewal for malwarebytes and for winzip.

Great and generous service
I used their services for approximately 2 years and it worked perfectly. Because of an unforseen situation, I had to cancel the subscription and Mary was incredibly helpful and even granted me a refund after I didn't cancel it in time. Thank you very much, this is what I call awesome service
