Despite the poor reviews here. I had a discussion with Dave, and by the end of the day I have received a Mortgage in Principle. - He’s been very informative, straight to the point, and effective.

Even if this Mortgage does not come to fruition, I’d like to extend my gratitude towards him for his support thus far.

Utterly ridiculous.
Firstly, they are a middle man, and charge £1500 as a standard fee, to put your details through comparison sites

Dave Hoffman, who I spoke to, was rude, and condescending when I brought up this fee and how it was justified.

When I said I wished to speak to someone else regarding his poor attitude, he Informed me thst he was the company director.
I asked to speak to the complaints team. He said he oversees that too
I asked for an email to complain to, and he gave me his email.

Avoid this company like the plague

This company is a sham, it’s been the most horrendous experience, Ranveer in particular has been completely awkward, unhelpful, condescending and disrespectful. I believe it was her that has essentially ruined my life for the next 6 years. I asked for a Data Subject Access Request, which you’d think a solicitor would know has to be presented by any company that receives the request but she sent several emails with no content other than to look at “the last bit” of a previous email! I’ve never come across such an unprofessional and petulant person. This company should be struck off. They ripped me off hundreds of pounds, increased the price of the survey and didn’t refund me when they ruined the application. Please avoid!

We have seek this mortgage broker trusting the reviews provided, This company has not acted in manner good in professionalism based on our circumstances.
When i asked the question about the fee i have been told that the fee is to be paid on completion! I had to be constantly chasing the solicitor they have used who dragged our case until the mortgage offer failed to be extended, they have not been chasing on our behalf .. very poor service We have been mislead as they have arranged a mortgage offer which which has since fallen through as the offer was not extended and is still demanding full broker fee.
i have tried to negotiate payment terms with the mortgage broker adviser since we have already paid upfront total fees of £900.00 to process the mortgage application and lost that money! we are unable to pay the full amount upfront and this was ignored.Only to get a debt collection letter demanding total amount plus their fee what a rip off! Please reconsider other companies before using this Broker.
