awful warrington
drove down on Saturday. after being told we had been approved he said we didn't need to bring anything only driving licence..picked the car payed a deposit then because they were closing they said it was 100% sorted they will email docs to sign on Monday and the car will.be delivered mon day..I kept saying so it's guaranteed they.said definitely..so come home sort insurance out on new car..sell our old car..and car didn't arrive..after numerous hone calls and promises that someone will ring us back we finally get told they have ran more checks and we can't have.the car!! we are fuming not happy at all

Amazing service from staff!
We dealt with the Milton Keynes branch Chris and Courtney were amazing. I applied on the Tuesday and drove away in my new car on the Wednesday evening. Excellent customer service and honest straight forward forms. I knew exactly what I was getting for my money. Would recommend.

Fantastic company with fantastic staff
Me and my partner came to click car credit yesterday 5/11/16 and we had the pleasure of having Courtnay as our appointed member of staff that was helping us! I can't praise this woman enough she was very friendly very funny and very very helpful she made us very at ease and less stressed as choosing and getting a car with bad credit can be! And we drove away in the car that she got for us that same day! Everyone else that works there are very friendly Richard stopped and had a chat with us aswell and they all got great big smiles on their faces very professional and friendly place to get a car from

I would recommend u to us these i had help of a chap called dane connop he was very helpful and friendly felt like i new him for years he answered questions that i had and i was only there for 1.5 hours and i would go back there again very pleased with them and got the car i wanted

Was looked after by Rhys at the warrington branch when went to get a new car, Rhys was more than helpful from start to finish in finding the car that suited me and also getting me the best deal.
