Then followed with a clear order update and even the point when it is going into production till the moment it will be shipped. You receive the needed details on timing to complete your order and the time your shipment will arrive. All very good packed and protected received with clear instructions. The individual blinds were packed with the provided labels you provide during the ordering process so you know for which window. Very good homepage, easy to understand how, products and ordering.
Service very good.... the salesmanager came back with suggestions to my order, in order to optimize the impression of the blinds I ordered.
I had to reorder brackets afterwards, with was dealt with in a quick manner.

bad payment options, no explanation
On trying to pay for our order with a card, we encoutered issues with connection to something and no further explanations. The next day we found out that only the paypal option was functional, which was not easy for me since I don’t have paypal, so extra hasssle to actually follow through. In what day and age don’t you have a functional card payment terminal and with no warning, no message, no nothing. Had to contact customer support for clarification.
