Order number 15167102, I ordered 3 packs of balls and 3 gloves from click golf on Tuesday 12th August, by Friday 15th I had received no notification that they had been dispatched. I rang and spoke to Chris on the phone and he stated that my order would be dispatched that day and that it would be delivered by Royal Mail 24hr. I received no notification once again that it had been dispatched on either Friday or Saturday so I rang again Monday 18th August and spoke to another customer service representative who informed me that the order had been lost. During both calls the customer service representative was very polite but I feel that they were only gas lighting me. I asked for a full refund and the customer service agent fulfilled this but in this day and age with all the different online shops this sort of customer service were an order isn’t dispatched within 24 hours is unacceptable. I have had previous experience with Click golf where I ordered a big Bertha driver only to be told that they did not have it in stock and that they would order one in for me and after two weeks of waiting I also had to ask for a refund. I thought I would give them a second chance but it looks like I won’t be back to click golf and will rather use an online retailer like affordable golf that I can trust.

Terrible service
Ordered a new driver. Got confirmation email saying order would be 7-10 days as it was custom item (wanted a larger grip). 12 days later, I’d heard nothing from them so gave them a call. At third time of trying I got an answer. The guy said he had no idea what had happened but that he’d ring Ping and chase it up. Rang back shortly after and said there’d been a delay, it’d be another 4 days before they’d receive it from Ping, but they’d dispatch it straight away, along with a dozen complimentary golf balls for inconvenience caused. A week later they dispatched it and I received the driver the following day, but no golf balls (even though they were included on the dispatch email). Emailed them about this, no response. Tried ringing, no answer. Have now given up on the balls, at least I got my driver, eventually, 20 days after order and 20 days after taking the money out of my account.
