Need a small amount of aluminium edging.

Happy with price of product but shipping cost more than the product!

Suspect this is out of their control and the same for most if not all retailers.

Excellent customer service! I ordered products that were delivered very quick and cut to the exact size but they were not as I expected due to my own fault through what I ordered, and the company rectified the situation straight away at a cost to themselves, even though it was my error as they didn’t want me to be out of pocket! Could not be happier with this service

This is the email I sent to this company without response:-

Dear Sirs,
I must say how disappointed I was after receiving the above order on your invoice #100023048.
I purchased this product back in April from Aluminium Warehouse where the total cost including VAT and carriage was £98.34. The only difference for that order was that I had 20 lengths of 2 METRE!
You can understand then my error when visiting your site when I found what I thought was same product at a cost of £83.03 I was making some saving, so I thought! Could not believe you can charge that amount for just one tenth of the same product.
I have spoken to Simon and tried to explain the problem, where your Webb site was giving sizes in imperial but lengths where metric. Then comparing the costs with what I thought was 2 metre lengths with other suppliers. Unbelievably your prices were so much higher as your price was for only 20 centimetres. Simon told me there has been substantial increase in material since March. That must only apply to Clickmetal prices.
The price for similar product from Aluminium Store is now £18.86. I know I ordered the wrong length but how to you justify charging 200%. more.
I will be writing a review on TrustPilot shortly if you cannot justify this cost!

I've just had a delivery from Click metal that was one item short and had clearly been lost or removed in transit. I phoned Click metal and spoke to Simon explaining the situation and he was so helpful I had to write this review because it was such a good experience and Simon was so very helpful. The part missing was replaced at no extra cost even though it was clearly lost in transit and no fault of Click metal! Thank you Simon and thanks to Click metal. Great service and value!

Terrible!
My order arrived damaged, nobody answered the phone when I attempted to make contact. Ordered a part from somewhere else and when they got into contact completely ignored my request for a return. Diddent even acknowledges that part of the email and just continued to send another part.

This company has to be one the worst company in this country for customer service! The chap was unhelpful, arrogant and rude. Whoever answers the telephone on 07958541165 should be fired. And, it's not just one call. Once yesterday and again today just to follow up on an order. Unbelievable approach to a genuine (first time) customer asking perfectly legitimate questions. I suspect the product (when it's delivered) will be poor too. I'll keep you all posted.
