Extremely incompetent service

I don't even know how this clinic has clients.
I went to the consultation when I had expressly asked if they had a periodontist. It turns out that the dentist who attended me had to pass all the information to the real periodontist so that they could make me the budget.
They made me lose 3 months (plus the 55 euros for the consultation) because they were waiting for the periodontist to go to the clinic.
To make matters worse, I asked them to send me the orthopantomography that I had paid for and they never sent it to me.
I filed a claim and the lawyer responded by calling me a liar.
The worst service I've ever seen and the worst possible way to handle a claim
