Clocktower Cars UK - Epsom 

My wife booked a cab at 7.30am to be picked up at 9am to go to a hospital appointment at Epsom hospital, we live a few miles away in tadworth but it was raining hard so that's why she booked a cab.we used clocktower cars in Epsom a few weeks ago and the cab arrived 15 miss late,which wasn't the end of the world. The hospital appointment was for 9.30am..at 9.10am my wife rang the clock tower cars office to see where the cab was,the assistant said it's hard to get a cab during school run times..if this is the case then don't say you can do it and take the booking..it's not hard is it. Poor management. The cab eventually arrived at 9.35 am ..the hospital appointment was 9.30am, she got to the hospital at 10am. I rang the office that morning to complain and see what they had to say and the assistant said I will get the manager to call you..I left him my number..guess what..no one has called me..surprise. it's not worth waisting my time chasing them up over this,but it just shows how they can't even get the basics right, and that is their business. It probably doesn't matter to them if they loose one customer, terrible service, terrible management, keep in the back of your mind you have a good chance of being late for where you are trying to get to using clocktower cars Epsom.. good luck..you will need it.

I was picked up outside my house in morden and bought to new Malden which is only 10 or 12 minutes away they usually charge me £11 80 which is cheap
NOW ,,,today Saturday 7th June 2025 they charged me £17 40p which is diabolical all because it's derby day which isn't relevant.i am fuming derby day has nothing to do with the fairi won't be using them anymore.i want reimbursing the difference they owe me £5 60p I'm not happy with this contact me with an answer Mr shaw

Arrived early, got me to the airport quickly, and I even had time to sneak in a breakfast! Very efficient service and the app to order is really simple and easy to use. Also, much cheaper the same ride with Uber.

Why oh why oh why!?

We decided to give you another chance. What a mistake! When we booked we told them of our previous experience in that the driver was late. The person talking the booking suggested that the driver would get to us 5 minutes before our booking time. Guess what…? He was 10 minutes late and went to the wrong house.

Last chance. Never again!

Perfect service. The driver arrived on time, and I was welcomed into a warm car.
It then was a comfortable ride home, that I can recommend Clocktower Cars UK.

Why oh why did we continue to make use of this firm. This time we were told that the taxi would be with us at 12:53…a bit precise but perfect to get us to the station for 13:18. Taxi driver called to say he was outside at 13:05; he wasn’t and despite saying he was in the same road he arrived five minutes later. In short we arrived at the station just to see the train that we hoping to catch leaving. If you want a reliable service don’t, don’t, don’t use this firm.
