I pre ordered a cab for my 96y old…

I pre ordered a cab for my 96y old grandmother to go to hospital appointment today & asked for her to be well looked after. The driver took another fare while she was getting out and started driving off while she was half out of the car. She fell out and her carer caught her so she avoided serious injury but she was shaken up . This is appalling service .

Always a positive experience with our…

Always a positive experience with our airport transfers. Due to a flight cancellation we had to give shirt notice of a change of time and switch of airport. All handled promptly and professionally. Would recommend

Reliable and friendly

The driver arrived ahead of the booked schedule, really appreciate the punctuality. The text updates informing on arrival were very helpful and gave assurance that the driver is on the way. But the highlight was the friendly conversation - Thank you!
