Very pleasant driver

Very pleasant driver, kicking myself that I didn't ask his name, made sure the temperature was right in the car for my mum and I and was concerned for our experience. They don't make them like this anymore.

If I could rate 0 I would

If I could rate 0 I would. Booked a taxi the night before for the morning to catch a train.
I rung them 5 minutes after they were late for them to tell me they would call the driver and ask them to hurry up. Another 5 minutes went by and I called again for the lady to tell me the taxi would be 25 minutes as they had no cars available.
Asked her why she didn’t tell me that and that it was already pre organised to which she said I sent you an update (no she didn’t)
