Even from initial communication with the admin team I felt like I was in safe, caring hands. On the day of the move, the crew turned up on time and couldn't have been more friendly, polite, considerate, careful and seriously efficient. Thank you Hollie and Kylie for sorting the booking and a massive thank you to the crew; Norbert, Gabor, Gergi, George and Mateus for taking away the stress!!!

We recently moved from our long-time family home in Hampstead to our new home in Highgate, and I could not recommend Clockwork highly enough. From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic.

Clockwork Removals, North London went above and beyond for our house move. We'd already packed up our 3-bed house, but the guys loaded the whole house in 2 hours 20 mins. When we got to our new house, the vendor hadn't packed her stuff and refused to let us in the house. The guys from Clockwork had to sit around for hours and, just to ensure we didn't incur extra charges, even helped the other removal company to get things out of the house. Eventually, we got access and the guys unloaded both the 12m lorry and the Luton van again, in just over 2 hours; ending just minutes before we were due to exceed our time slot. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Super impressed and grateful for their dedication to first-class customer satisfaction.

I'm using Clockwork for a tricky series of moves between my old house, a temporary rented apartment, and an upcoming move to the US. I've probably been the worst customer ever - I'm always changing plans, dithering, and asking for things at the last minute. But Clockwork, especially the beyond fantastic Sherlyn, have been helpful, professional, friendly, and just generally amazing. I can't praise them highly enough, thank you so much to Sherlyn and the rest of the team ❤️

Really professional team of lads, especially Barry who was fantastic and got everything done on time. I've used a few different moving companies when moving back and forth across London, however this was my first international move and it was also the best. Everything was carefully packed up and efficiently moved. I'll be using this company again for my move back to London in a couple of years.

We had such a positive experience with Clockwork when we used them to pack and move our 6th floor, central London flat. From the initial quote to the moving day (we literally had less than 10 days notice to sort our move), the team at Clockwork were brilliant. Transparent and fair quote, professional and efficient packing and super speedy on our actual move date. They dealt with all my calls and queries expertly and with the right level of humour to make the whole experience as stress free as possible. There might be cheaper removal companies out there, but for the level of service we received, I’m not sure I’d look to use anyone else if we ever move again!
