She helped me through step by step, got me my order despite one of the items having gone out of stock, and checked they still applied the promotional price reduction. The customer service is just absolutely amazing. I bought a muzzle in Manchester in May, when I got it home I realised I bought the wrong colour. I emailed and asked if I could exchange the muzzle next time I was in London. Email exchange was very friendly and helpful and agreed I could exchange the muzzle when I'm in London. When I finally got to London, the team in Soho was amazing, very friendly and helpful. No issues to exchange my muzzle.

Walked into the Old Compton Street store “just for a look”… walked out with a Kink3D chastity cage and a newfound sense of purpose. And maybe a slight strut.

The staff? Absolutely fabulous. Warm, welcoming, and totally non-judgmental — even when I had that “I-have-no-idea-what-I’m-doing-but-I-want-it” look. I wasn’t sure on sizing, but they patiently helped me try out a few options (with total discretion), making sure I left with the perfect fit. Honestly, the kind of customer service that makes you feel seen, in all the right ways.

As for the Kink3D cage… oh honey. Lightweight, snug, breathable — and sexy in that “techwear meets filth” kind of way. If you’re into the locked-up lifestyle, this is a sleek little game-changer. Functional and a turn-on? Yes please.

The shop’s selection is wild — from the basics to the beautifully depraved — so whether you’re dipping a toe or diving in headfirst, you’ll find something that makes you blush (in a good way). Clonezone is that rare combo of approachable and unapologetically kinky.

Had a very good experience in here the other day. Was planning on going out to an event but as a complete newbie to events, I didn’t have a clue what to wear. I was guided round by members of the staff who took time to sort out an array of outfits, helping me find which one I felt best in. I don’t leave reviews often but the fact that the team at Manchester went to these lengths and checked in with me to see how I was feeling just meant a lot. If I can remember right, the two that helped me were Faye and Chris. Thank you so much. I ended up having a wonderful night thanks too feeling a lot more confident than what I had on. :)

Been a regular in the Manchester store over the years, and can’t fault the experience at all. Cris and the team are phenomenal, knowledgable, consistent and friendly, always a pleasure to speak to any of the team, even if we don’t end up buying anything their knowledge of the stock to recommend new things, friendly atmosphere and great customer service should be replicated across the other stores.
