The click and collect from store option is a shambles in Manchester. Been waiting ages for email notification that my orders are ready for collection, despite being marked on my account as shipped.

Thanks for your feedback. Click & Collect orders are usually ready between 1-5 working days, depending on whether the store has the items in stock or if they are being shipped there. In your case, one of the items was being shipped from our main warehouse, so it would have been more around the 5 day mark.
I appreciate that it was not there to pick up today and has not arrived yet, so it is running a couple of days behind. Very sorry about this. The store will email you directly to let you know when your order is ready, so it is always best to wait for this email to save travelling there and being disappointed if it has not arrived.

Your order was split into two parcels, so as you said there was was only one item in your parcel and the other was missing, we were trying to ascertain if you had received the second parcel from DPD, as there was only one item in the one that you had received which was correct. DPD had marked the item as delivered to your address, but if it was indeed wrong, as mistakes can happen sometimes, we can arrange to sort this this out for you, so you are not without the other item you ordered or refunded for the lost parcel. GIMP SUIT WAS PINCHING'
Honestly not really into the wild side of being a gay. But got me some new toys and other bits and bobs.
Quality is perfect but honestly that website is shit.
Impossible to stay logged in, diabolical to navigate and as for customer service...they done what they had to but as concerns questions to my order and the fact tracked 48 still took over a week to get to me. Not on at all. I wasn't gonna reply but they pushed me with emails asking for a reply.
Don't say I didn't warn you lol.

Contacted to ask me if I was happy with a purchase 3 days after my original purchase X delivery was supposed to be 3-5 working days,10 days later I had to contact them about my item and they had no clue what I was in about so I had to find them all the information they needed , they the sent out the original item which arrived I today 14 days later
