The wrong item was sent out
The wrong item was sent out. And a cheaper item at that. This issue is you have to email them in order to return something. I emailed them twice to get a return label and got no reply. It was only when I reached out to them on instagram that I got a response. And then I had to pay to send it back!!! But I’m sure that will be returned to me as well as my refund when they receive it. Due to the delay in getting a response from them I ended up buying the correct product elsewhere so they lost a sale. Maybe if they paid as much attention to their distribution as they do on social media promoting influencers, they wouldn’t make these simple mistakes.
