First order got lost Royal Mail…
First order got lost Royal Mail Tracking received and verified but with no info on potential delivery dates at 3 weeks later - which was not what a five star review is normally based on - cloudstix were always responding and requested offered full refund or to resend and in the interim while waiting for replacement order I received a free package with some new disposable vapes . Replacement order and 2nd order all received promptly . So would recommend this company even with the horrendous start (not their fault to be honest but dealt with professionally)

Can't fault at all
Ordered a new vape and received next day! Nice little touch with a free lollipop which matched the colour of my new vape! Pleased with my purchase I ordered a second item in a different colour which also came next day with matching lollipop! Service was fast and straight forward. Customer service was very helpful. Only suggestion I'd make is a simpler layout to the website to make it a bit tider but that's being very picky. Thanks guys, your my new 'go to' for vape products!
