Dreadful Customer Service
Cloudstream took over the IT company we had been using for the last 13 years and all I can say is what a shambles. After about a year, they sent us a new contract to sign. No discussion prior to this, but when I refused to sign they then wanted to have a discussion, which took the form of slating the previous owner of the company they took over. The owner is not interested in what his customers have to say. I have therefore moved IT companies. I sent in an email confirming we would be leaving Cloudstream (after all we were not in a contract). Not even a response to my email. Dreadful way to treat customers after almost 15 years.
