I’ve bought so many products from this store and they are always of a great quality and standard. I would recommend them to anyone. Sometimes the sizes can be a bit larger but it does always state whether the product is oversized. Customer service is brilliant and they are always on point with delivery

I have ordered from Club 1984 several times and each time received my package within a week and the clothes have been nothing short of high quality. As of recent the drop designs have been extremely lazy and not nearly as nice and clean as they used to be. It seems the only pieces worth ordering are from previous drops. The website staying open all month also completely killed the anticipation on new releases.

Couldn’t think of a better company to buy from nowadays I buy most my clothes from this brand now can’t think of one bad thing to say unreal service

Ordered a roulette box £100 which is supposed to have at least £180 worth of products and at least 3 items .3 items in the box but on checking site for products to assess value they were no longer on the site so clearly confirms it’s just a way of offloading unsold items. 2 items were the same just a different colour so if you don’t like the style you end up disappointed twice! Could have got more value for money in the sale and now left with items unwanted. My advice is don’t bother with this type of product just buy what you like as usually items are quite well made and wash well. But on this occasion very disappointed.

I placed an order on July 8th and have not received any update to my order. I had to personally reach out and confirm that an item I ordered was no longer available and I had to let Club 1984 how to proceed. Why would it allow me to buy a sold out item on the site, but nobody follow up to let me know of the issue?

I sent three follow up emails confirming how I wanted to move forward and nothing - refund the now sold out 1/4 zip and proceed with processing my two shirts. I don't get why they make you pay for two - three day shipping ($14.99) and promise for the orders to be sent out the same business day when it's really not the case. I've received orders from other stores placed at later dates and also shipped from abroad that have already arrived - without the extra shipping fee.

I saw the previous responses to reviews saying communication is being handled in-house but why can't I get any response? I just want the two shirts I paid for, my refund for the 1/4 zip, and to be wrapped up with this process.

This is one of the only times I fully relate to all the lowly-rated reviews and can't come up with any rationale for how business is done this way. Was a first time buyer and will only recommend people to stay far away from this if they value their money and time.

I was amazed how good the quality of clothing is, they fit exactly as explained and this is a big sticking point for me! Let alone how quick the delivery came. Less than 24 hours later!

Ordered a product on next day delivery, over a week ago, still not received my product, had one email saying that I will receive a refund for my delivery but nothing since, countless un responded emails regarding the whereabouts of my product, very poor customer service.

I placed an order on 25 June 2026 and received an order confirmation email confirming that my order had been received. However, I have not received any further updates regarding dispatch or a tracking number, despite the confirmation stating that the delivery method is Evri Tracked 24 (1 Day Delivery).

I deliberately placed my order over a week before I needed it to allow for any potential shipping delays. I have also emailed your customer service team to request an update but have not received a response or even an acknowledgement of my email.

It has now been six days since I placed my order, and I would appreciate an urgent update on the status of my order, including when it will be dispatched and the tracking information. If there is an issue with fulfilling my order, please let me know as soon as possible.

Terrible Service. Order never came through. Emailed several times and no courtesy to even respond. Took money and nothing received, ignored and can't even get a response to get a refund.

I purchased a football jersey from their online website. The delivery was prompt, but I didn't like the fit so I retutned it via a fully tracked service.
The return was received 8 working days ago & I am still awaiting my refund.
I have messaged the support team & customer services 3 times & received no response, so I have no option but to write an honest, but negative review of the service provided by Club 1984.
I won't use them again!!
