I ordered 3 shirts 4 weeks ago ive recieved nothing ive emailed there service 5 times and had no reply id stare clear customer service is none existent.

All traces of the site have disappeared. The support email bounces back and no more social media account.

They've either been forced to shut down with openly selling fakes or they've taken the money and ran. If it was just a domain issue they'd still have some presence and ways to contact them.

It's been more than 10 days since I ordered my jerseys and the tracking information has no update whatsoever. Their website, twitter page have all conveniently just disappeared. Avoid this scammy company. Thankfully I paid with Paypal so I can ask for a refund now.

I ordered a shirt for my sons birthday with a delivery time of approx 7 days. Enough time I thought for the present to arrive. 4 days after ordering it I got an email stating that the order had been cancelled and a refund issued with no explanation. If they couldn't fulfill the order then why advertise the particular shirt and wait 4 days to tell me. Not impressed

Shirt was smaller than expected but delivered within timeline provided. Requested refund and filled in associated form on website straight away. Was told I would receive further instructions relating to the refund within 48 hours and that was 6 days ago. I have subsequently submitted the refund form again and emailed the sales email provided - but still no responses at all.
Sadly very likely to be a scam website as per warnings in the genuine reviews below. Please avoid same expensive mistake that I made.

I ordered three shirts. They all arrived. Two were good quality. One shirt didn't fit, so I contacted the seller to organise a return as per the website advice. However, after four attempts to contact them and now waiting over a week, I still have had no response. Very disappointing leaving me with an oversized shirt. Doesn't feel like they will be in contact with me now. I won't be using them again.

I have emailed a load of times and have been told my order on way. The tracking must be wrong … ordered mid April and my order number is #44372

Have ordered before no issues, have I been scammed this time as the site or email isn’t working!

Ordered three football shirts, received them 7-10 workings days from ship date (as stated on the site for delivery). The quality is decent for replicas, number and name printing could be better. Overall ok for £38 each. The site is down currently so not sure if it is dead but luckily got my shirts.

This site used to be amazing for football shirts. But something has gone badly wrong recently. I have ordered from them in the past with 0 issues. But when I tried ordering last week it said we cannot take online payments from the UK. This is extremely strange. I have also seen the website seems to down and their social accounts like X. Something seems to be going wrong behind the scenes. I was not able to place an order or get any response when I contacted to ask what was going on.

I ordered 3 arsenal shirts on the 20th of last month by 2 get one free 2 came 2 weeks later 4xl and they do not fit at all even though I have original others that do and I am still waiting on the the last shirt to find the site is closed. The 3rd shirt I had to choose 4 times due to not being in stock. What a shambles 110 down the drain filed with paypal credit. They are fake shirts and the sizing is not correct do not order. They are not responding to emails have not sent me tracking

This is a scam. I ordered an Arsenal shirt and waited 10 days with zero updates on their tracking from Royal Mail. It still says waiting for merchant. I reached out by email 3 times and no response, despite the site saying to wait 48 hours. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and have requested a full refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

i orderd 3 shirts in the wrong size (my fault) i raised a returns request and have been completely ignored, i wanted the shirts for an upcoming trip so placed another order for the correct size, no emails from apart from that they have cancelled my addiotnal order and will not return the funds, thats over £150 on the worst customer service and one of the shirts came with a stain, do not waste your time and money on this scam site

Ordered a shirt because of the positive reviews. One week after I have not received a shipping confirmation. The money was withdrawn one day after order. Tried to email them twice, but no response.

Seems like a scam site..

1000000% a SCAM website, my order has not arrived after allowing them double the time they said would take, I was really excited about my 3 jerseys instead I am have to file a dispute on my credit card, really shocked companies like this still exist online.

Really happy with the recent purchases from Club Retros. James was extremely helpful and I’d certainly recommend their services.

Ordered Saturday 23rd hoping it would arrive by the following Saturday, it didn’t but fair enough it says 5 working days. So should have been here Monday, still doesn’t even say it’s been received my Royal Mail and I’ve messaged for an update to be told this will be with you over the next few days. Was a present for my son’s birthday that’s now been missed, don’t feel a valued customer with such blatant disregard for meeting delivery deadline and it’s not a cheap present either. If this kit was dispatched Tuesday as I was told, it should have been with Royal Mail by now. When I emailed on Friday asking for an update I was told ‘this will arrive with you Monday’.

On some similar sites you find the same shirts, but what most impressed me with Club Retros is there's a lot of really quirky retro stuff that you can't find elsewhere. Specifically 1986 Porto, 1995 Marseille and 1993 Bulgaria shirts. All dispatched within 24 hours too, and I also received a rapid response to a question that I emailed over.

Ordered three kits. manchester united 1998, england 2004 and schalke 1996. these kits are fantastic and fit me perfectly and came with the timeline given for shipping. brilliant company and please order a size up

Superb customer service. I ordered late Thursday night and it’s arrived today (Tuesday before 2pm) will definitely be ordering again!
