ordered my shirt on the 17th of march, it’s been 10 days and no update considering it claims to “be 5-7 business days to arrive” don’t know what’s going on with this anymore.

just overall bad communication in my opinion as my confirmation email also arrived 3 days after my order
the product itself is looks good and has good quality. just poor communication and arrival time was twice the time it says

Dont really know how to score this as its been 10 days since i placed my order and the parcel is yet to even be shipped, in any case ive asked for a refund and ill update if and when i actually receive my money.

***Edit. So i didnt get refunded as everything turned up fine, a bit late mind you but got here. did take longer then expected and stated but to be honest if they would of just said in the beginning i wouldn't have minded at all .***
for price a quality they get 4 stars .

Great customer service

First time ordering from them and the quality of the 2 I have received so far is excellent. Even though my third (as part of a buy 2 get 1 free deal) was out of stock they were very helpful through the process of ordering an alternative option. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Emailed them twice and keep getting told lies

I ordered United originals hoodie, emailed them to check availability/stock, response was brilliant, delivered within 48hrs, quality is really good also. Great company with great customer service. Thanks guys.

The jersey is of incredible quality and the printing looks super accurate. I live in the US so shipping took a little but I would say it was well worth it for the quality of the kit!

Was genuinely super wary and skeptical - because this looks like a prime example of a sketchy, clean-looking pop up store without much history (aka a scam site), with a bunch of over-positive reviews that look kinda bot-like.

I can only say I ordered an adidas originals hoodie I’ve been trying to find for months, which was hundreds of pounds everywhere else. Bought it from here for £50, came really quick in about 3 days from where I am in the UK - and it’s either genuine, or a replica so identical it doesn’t even matter. Genuinely great quality, outstanding care and attention to detail, fits great, and in mint condition.

I’ve only heard customer support is great - but I never had to use it myself once. Perfect outcome that genuinely superseded my expectations by a mile - first time order, and got a dream product. Would absolutely use again and again in the future, just brilliant.

Starting with the product review, the quality and workmanship are fairly good. I think the current price‑to‑quality ratio isn’t bad, and I hope it stays that way for a long time. Overall, it’s a good place to buy retro shirts. Large selection, interesting offers.

I read the comments on Trustpilot before purchasing, and I agree with the opinions saying that their customer communication is average.

A huge downside was my first email interaction with them. When I wrote to them, I didn’t receive any reply until, after about four days of silence, I posted a very negative review on Trustpilot. Only then did they try to report (remove) my review. At the same time, they sent me a message that sounded like a demand to delete my opinion.

After that incident, communication improved. The issue was resolved with a positive outcome.

Their customer service definitely still needs improvement, but despite that, I believe I can recommend Club Retros, and I’ll probably order something from them again myself.

The problem with my shipment was caused by the fact that the package was delivered by a different courier company than the one mentioned in the email. Another issue was an incorrect phone number and postal code. Fortunately, Retro Club resent the package, and it arrived within the declared (estimated) timeframe.

When I placed the order, I hadn't read that it be best to go up 1 size to that of your usual size. Emailed the site and James quickly responded (even though it was boxing day) and adjusted my order for me.
On arrival all items are top quality and fit perfect. Great value for money and made up with how my purchase went from start to finish

Great company, the shirt is excellent. Had a bit of an issue with a missing parcel, which turned out to be my error! James was excellent at assisting though and very personable. Thank you so much.
