Poor wifi and service again

From June 2026 until now the wifi has been spotty at best. The support sevice works on the same basis. If there is no wifi after 18:00 on Friday, it is likely that there will be none until monday morning as "The engineers do not work weekends" and it is highly unlikely that you will get a support person on the phone. For service like this Trustpilot should invent a star system that includes minus stars.
July 8th, Wifi off again and has been spotty for the last 5 days.

Where has customer support gone?

We have been using clubwifi for several years and have always had exceptional support in any issue we have had using the 01626 landlines.
We have always managed to speak to someone and get things resolved.

Unfortunately this support is now non-existant. We tried several times over a few days using the same land line number and several messages were sent to the mobile number supplied, we even used the help from within the portal/website.
Nobody is manning the phones, or picking up messages or monitoring the main website.

Have clubwifi been bought out?

My main concern is the maintenance of the infrastructure and any hardware issues? Where do we turn?

It would be interesting if clubwifi were to responded to this negative review with some answers as to the companies future and our investment in this service...
Maybe update the website with something that is in place and works!

And still waiting.

Despite assurances that they were actively working to resolve the issue at Penrose Park, we still have no WiFi and this has been the case since the end of September. No further information after the " holding email" on 2 January and absolutely no sign of any offer of a refund. I've given up on club wifi now and will make alternative arrangements.

Club wifi TOTAL JOKE

Club wifi save your money we on northern farm holiday park at Brean and the WiFi it's TOTALLY SHIT try to call the support desk over a last two days made five calls but no answer. Spent 20.00 total waist of money the WiFi drops more time than working when working it's so slow need to boost the signal and increase the bandwidth

Club Wifi have always given us great service and solutions to our wifi requirements on the caravan site.

Awful “service” provided

A shocking service while staying Northam Farm. It took hours to sign up and pay £10 but what a waste of time that was. I never managed to connect again let alone add my wife’s phone! I called and listened to the automated service which asked me whether I could see some site I have never of on my list of available WiFi routers! The automated service said my complaint would be escalated and that someone would be in touch - needless to say I never heard a word. I mentioned it to reception but they weren’t interested as it was “nothing to do with Northam Farm”. I don’t see how as they employ the services of this company to run their WiFi!

Not really worth one star but had to…

Not really worth one star but had to choose it to write a review. On a campsite near South Molton Devon. I paid the 10 quid for wifi. The connection is very poor, unavailable most of the time. A waste of money. Frustrating as I have installed wireless systems and wired networks for years. Something very wrong here IMHO.

Poor customer service

I did get a refund for a rubbish service but made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt & going with them again! Will not be doing that again! Still cant get my wifes phone added and there is a restriction on sites i can visit, i am over 18 plus cannot speak to a real person to resolve any issues, only an AI bot. No one gets back to you.

The restrictions you experienced when trying to access certain sites are in place because Northam Farm is a family-friendly site, and we have measures to ensure a safe and suitable online environment for all guests. This is a condition that is agreed between ourselves and the park owners. These restrictions are specifically applied to block certain content in line with our commitment to maintaining this atmosphere.

I understand that this may have been frustrating, but please be assured that these policies are in place for a reason.
Our out of hours AI bot recorded all your messages and action was taken to contact you first thing and as per your request a refund was completed.

I have used clubwifi at Manor Farm…

I have used clubwifi at Manor Farm Seaton for the last 4 years. I used to run my business from my caravan and i have always found the internet fast and effecient. if there has ever been a problem the support team have been professional and friendly. i also think the 8 month package is very cost effective.

Awful WiFi provider

Awful WiFi provider. Paid £10 for 48 hrs access on a caravan site, it didn’t work, kept dropping connection, very slow, websites wouldn’t load. I reported the fault and they came back and said they found some equipment offline. It made no difference whatsoever. Very poor service. DO NOT USE
