Bought a dragonball z hoodie through this service from Criminal Damage. Design began to fade after 1 wash and after wearing it out in the rain the pattern began to bleed onto the rest of the white hoodie. I contacted support who told me they had reached out to Criminal Damage and received the following "Unfortunately, there is no way for us to confirm this is a manufacturing issue. There could be reasons such as washing, mixing of products, incorrect washing method, etc which can result in this sort of damage. We also cannot replace or refund an item that has been worn and washed." I went through criminal damage who told me they never received any correspondence from Clues. Not a good service and wouldn't recommend
Great experience, quick and easy to know what I wanted with the range of styles they have to offer
Ordered from them online. I had my doubts as I had never ordered from them and had never heard about Clues. But when my package came today I was very pleased. Everything I bought came exactly as I bought it in less than 1week. 10/10 will definitely buy from them again.
Been using this shop for years. Great range of clothing, and all clothing is excellent quality. Staff always helpful and polite. By far the best men's clothing shop. Always a successful/pleasant visit.
