We purchased a Pilote G740FC Evidence from Clywd caravans in May. Very pleased with the Motorhome. We have experienced a couple of problems with the additional equipment we had fitted TV system failed and Air Condition system, however the response from the team at Clywd has been first class. We cannot recommend their aftercare enough.

Onboard battery charger broke whilst we were in caravan, this shop/company couldn’t have been more helpful. Tested our charger free after we removed it, they guided us how to locate and remove charger also. Excellent service and friendly staff

Bought a brand new motorhome from Clwyd Caravans. No high pressure sales and Martin and his staff proved very helpful. Had a few minor issues after purchase which the team at Clwyd promptly help resolve.

WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS! had spoke to Martin the owner the day before coming to the caravan show, everything was in place, the deal only needed signing, I travel for over 3 hours to get to the show, waited over 2 hours for Martin ( who still didn’t show) one of his workers then phoned him and asked if he was ready to sign he said he was with other people who had higher commission payed on there vans! And he wouldn’t be ordering my van that we agreed on in due to the commission being not as high as he wanted! I was very upset and disgusted to be treated like this please avoid this awful business!

We needed a part for the toilet and got no help at all from the man behind the counter only to say our caravan was very old (12 year), we went around the back and asked the repair chap was was amazing , if I could give him a review and not the shop it was be 5 star.

We have just made our fourth caravan purchase from this company our latest unit is a 2023 Elddis Crusader Borrealis. Martin has always treated us with respect and provided and guided us in the process of the caravan purchase. He has vast knowledge in the caravanning trade and my wife and I would highly recommend this company to any person looking to purchase either a caravan or motorhome either new or used There is a well stocked shop on site for purchasing those extra items that make caravanning so enjoyable

We've just bought a caravan and awning from this highly recommended company. A pleasure to deal with all the staff are very efficient, friendly and very welcoming. Buying the caravan was a very easy process and David was very helpful throughout. The accessories shop is very well stocked and we will continue to buy all our caravanning purchases from this dealer. Well this is where we purchased our new campervan/motorhome from. I can honestly say that from the first time we walked in to the showroom we were met with a friendly and warm welcome. At clwyd caravans they treat you as you would expect, from a family run business where they will go that little extra mile for you. Throughout the whole process from deposit to handover, over the period of covid, and registering the vehicle with the relevant departments,
we always felt a genuine honest trust from the team at Clwyd caravans. They are predominantly caravan sales, but now have the dealership for Pilote motorhomes. Well worth a visit.
